  My experience at this dealership met beyond my expectations mainly due to the car salesman named Matt who went above and beyond to get me in a car. There honestly isn’t to many companies that treat you like a person and respect what you say but this car salesman did and I got a beautiful car. I recommend this car salesman he’s above a 10!

  LATE POST THIS HAPPENED 3 MONTHS AGO...THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! THE PEOPLE HERE ARE RUDE, EGOTISTICAL AND KNOW NOTHING ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE & THAT IS PUTTING IT LIGHTLY...MY SON WAS IN THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING A VEHICLE THAT HE HAD CHOSEN FROM THE LOT...WE SAT IN THE OFFICE FOR 5-6 HOURS AND THEN NC HAD SNOWSTORM THAT CAME AND WE COULDN'T FINISH THE PROCESS UNTIL THE NEXT WEEK...HE WAS APPROVED AND ALL WAS A GO EXCEPT MINOR PAPERWORK LONG STORY SHORT THEY SOLD THE CAR HE HAD CHOSEN AND DIDN'T LET HIM KNOW UNTIL FINANCING WAS DONE AND THE PROCESSING WAS ALMOST OVER!! WE ARE LITERALLY IN THE PARKING LOT & THE MANAGER DECIDES TO CHECK ON THE VEHICLE BECAUSE I NO LONGER SEE IT ON THE LOT...HE SAYS NO THAT VEHICLE HAS BEEN SOLD!!!! WHATTTTTT, AND THEN GAVE A REAL LAME EXCUSE AS TO WHY NO ONE DECIDED TO TELL US BEFORE WE DROVE 60 MILES TO GET THERE!! NO ONE SAID, I APOLOGIZE EVERYONE FROM A-Z COVERED FOR ONE ANOTHER AND LONG STORY SHORT WE LEFT AND NEVER LOOKED BACK...I WOULDN'T SEND ANYONE TO THEM!! RUNNNNNNNN UNLESS YOU HAVE THE MIND & COMPREHENSION OF RIGHT & WRONG LIKE A TODDLER!!

  I had such a great car‑buying experience at Enterprise on Glenwood Ave. in Raleigh! Everyone there was so nice and professional, and the whole office had such a positive atmosphere. I first spoke with Pedro during my lunch break, then came back later and worked with Vasaugh “V” Archer — and wow, he was incredible! No pressure, just genuine listening and real help. He understood what I needed and went above and beyond. Truly the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. If you’re shopping for a car, definitely ask for V!
