Instead of any AC information from the coupon, I get a message asking for $160 plus tax to perform further testing and diagnostics (I told them the blender door is messed up on passenger side, you can hear it clicking when starting car) The same diagnostic charge at Pep Boys two doors down is $114

They were patient answering my questions and presented a clear plan on repairing various issues with my vehicle I wasn’t expecting. I will be returning to have them complete the rest of the items discovered at inspection. Fair and reasonable cost for the work done!

I took my truck there because I had sudden brake issues and after a very condescending conversation with one of their staff they gave me a quote and I refused service. After refusing service (and paying their ridiculous diagnostic fees) I told them I would be back to remove it from the property by the end of the week and the guy at the desk was extremely rude to me because I couldn’t do it the same day because I had to be at work. When I went to put it on a rollback, it took 30 minutes for these idiots to move the cars blocking my truck out of the way. The tow truck driver even threatened to charge them a delay fee because they were intentionally being difficult with me. I took my truck to an actual mechanic and they quoted me half of what C&C did. If you want to get price gouged and talked down to, this is the shop for you!
