  Browns did an excellent job. They were very professional on their quote, the follow-up was detailed and the work completed as promised. I would strongly recommend them again and plan to continue to use their services for our cars.

  Browns has been the only place to touch my 2012 sedan in the last five years. You can trust this place. They are always fair, professional, and don’t come up with things to randomly charge for. I have never had any problems with any of the work Brown’s has done, but they always follow up just to confirm I am satisfied with the service. You can feel the integrity and decency. Communication is A+. Big fan. I plan to take my cars to Brown’s for everything they need indefinitely. If you need to drop off — it’s a short walk to Pine State Coffee (high traffic though, I wouldn’t bring kids) which is the best coffee in Raleigh & a nice place to hang out.

  The folks at Brown's are absolutely delightful, professional and courteous. When I left my car with them they said they might not be able to check it out until the day. A couple of hours after I left it they called with the diagnosis and the total price. No attempt to upsell. Two or three hours after that call, they called again to let me know it was all done. It was well done!

  I had my car inspected by another repair service. After the inspection I paid the fee, but they could not provide guidance or direction, unless more money was approved. I was referred to Browns Alignment by someone preforming another service for me. I was extremely pleased Browns professionalism, honesty and integrity. They took the time to diagnose the issue and clearly outline my options. Based on how I was treated, I will gladly refer others to Browns Alignment

  Brown service has worked on my vehicle three times in the past year. The first time was after being referred to them by Costco, due to someone In another state, over tightening my lug nuts. Which prevented the employees at Costco from rotating my tires without damaging the Hubs on my car. Browns Alignment took me in without an appointment and managed to get the lug nuts off and reset new ones in a very timely manner. Shortly thereafter, I had an appointment to have my vehicle aligned, which was nice because I was new to the area and I generally have my vehicle aligned once a year. This time I went in after having my tires rotated at Costco, the appointment with Browns Alignment was scheduled for 1 o’clock in the afternoon. However, Costco finished rotating my tires much earlier than expected! Although my appointment at Browns Alignment was much later, however I drove over to see if they would have time to squeeze me in earlier. The employees. readily accepted my vehicle and performed my alignment maintenance shortly after my arrival. Because they completed my service so quickly, I was able to get home much earlier than expected. If you want great alignment service for a reasonable price, and employees who treat you very well! Browns Alignment is the place to go!
