  Had to get another caliper for brakes and Daniel was super helpful. He even looked up our account and found out the old caliper was still under warranty. So all we had to do was swap it out. Service was quick and so helpful. Thank you, Daniel.

  This is my favorite location to shop I’ve always had a good experience here. I’ve been an AutoZone customer for over 20 years and visited several locations and this is one of the top. I’ve only had one bad encounter with one of their counter reps Rico was very rude to me once and just showed lack of patience and told me to wait on a manager over some paint I purchased for my Harley. I do think he needs some customer service training. Otherwise the manager Zack and his team are awesome at customer service.

  I’ve been a commercial customer with AutoZone for the last 16 years, but unfortunately, I’ve had a very bad experience with the Fayetteville Road location in Raleigh over the last couple of weeks. I’ve had issues with items being listed on sale online. For example, when there is a promotion for buying four cans of Freon at a special price, I place the order based on the advertised sale price. After I submit the order, the price is changed back to the original price. I also ordered an A/C compressor five days ago and was charged for it. I called and was told that FedEx had not delivered it. I called again the next day and spoke with Carlos, who told me he would look into it as well. However, I cannot have a car sitting for five days waiting for an A/C compressor because of these issues. I also texted Zach, the store manager, about the price change. He told me he would look into it and text or call me back, but I never heard back from him. Sometimes, if I place an order around 5:00 or 5:30 PM and they don’t have a driver available, or the parts are coming from another store or a vendor, they remove or cancel the order without even calling me. I’ve been a loyal AutoZone customer for 16 years, and I hope they take this seriously and improve the service and communication. I would like to continue doing business with AutoZone, but I expect better service.

  Gabriel at AutoZone provided amazing service! He was very kind, honest, and professional. I really appreciated his candor and his advocacy to ensure I don't run into the same car trouble down the road. Highly recommend asking for him!

  Last night I came in to replace a battery and was provided great customer service . Johnathon was able to help my husband replace his old battery with little to no issues . He never complained and answered all the questions we had . Thanks for the great service
