  This is only my second time visiting AutoZone at this location. My first experience was great—that’s actually why I decided to come back. Unfortunately, today’s visit was lackluster. The manager who checked me out, Thomas, came across as very nonchalant. I wasn’t even sure if he was willing or able to help me. When I asked simple questions about whether an item was on sale or if there were any savings on my account, the responses felt dismissive. A straightforward “no” would have been perfectly fine, but the tone made it seem like I was being a bother just for asking. I understand customers often ask about discounts, and that’s all I was trying to do. However, the overall interaction left me feeling unwanted and unappreciated as a customer. I decided to write this review because the store encouraged feedback, and I believe in giving honest input. I truly hope my next visit reflects the positive experience I had the first time.

  Matthew was knowledge and extremely helpful in helping us find all the parts and equipment we needed for our car! Would recommend my friends to come to this location specifically to get his help with finding tools!
