  Clee is the man!!! My battery died on my 2014 Nissan Altima and I needed help bad!! From the moment I stepped into the store Clee was right there to welcome me. Although he was helping another customer when I came in he acknowledged me and as soon as he finished up with that customer he gave me his undivided attention. He quickly understood my problem, answered all my questions, gave me all of my options and ultimately sold me a new battery. As if he hadn't already done enough, he then put my new battery in for me!!! I am so happy that he was on shift today so that I can get back on the road hassle free! Definitely received top of the line customer service from Clee and I'll be back looking for him every time.

  Exceptional service. I needed a tool to change my license plates and had no idea what to buy. Clee helped me identify the right kit to buy and graciously helped me remove my plates. Thank you so much!

  I ran into AutoZone today for wiper blades. That's it. A quick errand. I fully expected to walk in, find what I needed on my own, and head home to install them myself the way I always do. But the moment I walked through that door, Jody greeted me. Warmly. Genuinely. Not a scripted "welcome" an actual how can I help you. He made a quick ask of my car make and model to find the exact size I needed. Then before he even touched a single box, walked outside to look at my car himself. Just to be sure. Confirmed I needed the hooked style, walked me right to the options, and told me honestly which ones were worth it. I paid. Expected to grab my bag like I usually do, but Jody grabbed them first and proceeded to walk out with me. In two or three minutes, he had both wipers installed. Asked me to turn them on and give him two swipes to make sure they worked. Then with a warm smile he wished me a great day and darted to go help a fellow coworker working to assist another customer. He did not have to do any of that. Not one bit of it, I immediately realized Jody was planting seeds of kindness and requested just a few minutes of his time for a quick video. And here is what struck me most of all, his warmth never felt like a performance. It felt like character. The kind that gets instilled early, by people who loved you well and taught you that how you treat others reflects who you are. Somebody raised Jody right and whoever they are, they should be proud. That is kindness. Not the kind that costs you nothing , the kind that costs you a few minutes you didn't have to give. However, Jody gave it without being asked. I told Jody I wanted to share his story. I asked him what kindness means to him and why he shows up that way when nobody requires it of him. He answered, and I want you to hear it from him directly.   I went in there looking for some evaporator coil cleaner. Evidently it's not a well-known product. The guy looked on his computer and then searched up and down on his shelf and finally found it after about 10 minutes. Over a ball hole. It was an acceptable experience.
