  I work for Penske right up the street and come here almost daily for parts. All the staff is super nice and quick to get me in and out. Dylan was on shift one night and he was helping everyone at once like it was nothing. 10/10 experience from Dylan.

  This location of Advance Auto is great because this location still lets customers dispose of used oil. The other locations around Raleigh have not been letting me dispose of used oil there. They have been telling me they don't have oil disposal available right now. I've experienced that at other locations for a couple of years now. This location on Millbrook always lets me dispose of used oil there. I pay a bunch of $ for oil, filters, and parts for all my vehicles and I expect to be able to dispose of the used oil there. That is a customer expectation.

  I had a very nice lady help me today with a side mirror that I needed things did not work out. They did not have the mirror that I needed so she went to go ask her coworker Alex what we should do about the situation Alex‘s response while the customer was still standing in the store was that if you’re not going to fix it the right way you could buy a 2 x 4 mirror and tape it on he seemed to be very sarcastic and almost as if this was a joke to him, instead of wanting to find a resolution for the customer and made some very unprofessional comments leading me to get a refund and choose another location because as someone who works in customer service and is a manager, I would never allow any of my employees to sit there and speak about a customer in the store in that manner that he did he is there to help people and find them a resolution not sit there and make jokes and have his own conversations loudly with his coworkers, cussing and talking about things that aren’t really needed to be talked about at work. He really needs some customer service experience before you guys throw him behind a desk again.
