I was out running errands today and my car would not turn on and presented the same issues it had when I brought it in for the battery install. Opened my hood and realized the negative terminal had popped off and was never fastened down tightly. I'm in disbelief. I should have just taken the battery home and taught myself how to install it. Additionally, I called today to see if they could help me diagnose the problem and was put on hold twice. I will not be coming back to this location in the future. Original review: Mike and Fidel were awesome help changing my battery this morning! I had been procrastinating on getting it changed out and felt very stressed by the idea of changing it. They were so kind and friendly with me despite a few hiccups that were outside of their control and my lack of vehicle knowledge.

What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.
How much does a car battery cost?

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
