  James was a huge help. He quickly got me signed up for a membership and made the whole process easy. He was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. The staff here are welcoming and genuinely helpful, and I’d definitely recommend this place because of the great customer service

  Seems like it barely works compared to the other Take 5’s in the area. Vehicle doesn’t even look washed and it didn’t dry it at all

  I came in today because there was a dead bird lodged in the grille of my vehicle, and the customer service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the animal was safely removed for the safety of both myself and my children. I am truly grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and care they showed throughout the entire process. I am happy to call this my go-to car wash and will recommend this place 100%. Thank you again for your exceptional service.

  I don't like this location. I've been through twice. First time there were things broken-passenger side spinning brush and the same side air dryer. The soap didnt work right the first time and truck was still dirty. They let me go through with the top teir wash to try and fix it. It was still meh. The other biggest issue is they're watering down their interior cleaner, and many are just straight water. You shake it and some wont have any bubbles or smell. When it is proper strength it is yellow, and it really melts away yuck, which is the main reason I come here is for the cleaner. Both times it's been watered down here. I got the 24$ 3rd teir wash this time. It's alright, I think it got my car clean which was not as bad as the truck the last time. The last time I came was 6 months ago. Also, so many things in the vacuum areas are broken.
