  The Female “Manager” who said she was from Ramsey was having a hard time with the system at Raeford, but she would not call someone to help her until I kept asking her to do so. She left me standing there watching her hit the keys on the computer over and over….getting no results. The man outside explained everything to me and I was told that since the new company “Whistle” bought them out…All Take 5 car washes are now Whistle Car washes and some people are having a hard time with the system. I told him that I completely understand but she just wouldn’t reach out to get help with the new system until after she left me standing there without telling me what was going on. When she finally got help she overcharged me. I left with a Dirty Car because of the Terrible Customer Service I received from her. The man was Awesome and informative and helpful. That is the only reason I gave Take 5 Cat Wash in Raeford NC a 2 star. If I could give that Fill-in manager a Negative 10 ..,, I would have done so.

  I bought a membership the first time going through the car wash but I’ll be cancelling today. I purchased the $20 option but it’s just not worth it. I’ve been through 4 times now and each time my car is still dirty especially the windows front and back. The tires are dirty and there is still soap on my car after rinsing. The dryer today wasn’t working either. The person that guides you in had hair all in his face so you couldn’t even see him and he was directing me in and on his phone at the same time. Really guy? I also looked through past reviews up to 2 years ago thinking maybe the service or mechanics of the car wash weren’t working properly and would be fixed. But the same issues have been on going for 2 years. So yes I will be cancelling today. We’re going to need you to do better take 5!! If you are providing a paid service it would be great if you actually provided quality service.

  Attendant was rude and crowding. When I told him I didn’t need his help he kept trying to crab my credit card and when I told him not to he said I shouldn’t talk to him that way. Then had nerve to complain about me to manager🤦‍♂️

  James was a huge help. He quickly got me signed up for a membership and made the whole process easy. He was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. The staff here are welcoming and genuinely helpful, and I’d definitely recommend this place because of the great customer service
