  The manager is so nice. They were handing out waters on this surprisingly hot October day. In and out fast for inspection. Watched a guy come up to complain about something and the manager (can’t remember her name - this was on Friday Oct 16th, 2026) handled him with calm, kindness and focus. Very impressive. Other than that, the rest of the dudes are rather scary, but the greeter dude in the wheelchair is just about the coolest dude on earth. Take notice Strickland bros - you got some top-notch people repping your brand. Treat them well.

  I will highly recommend this place for Vehicle Inspection and Oil Change. Everyone is so professional and helpful. Special hats off to Jerry as he is very nice to talk to and understand the needs and address them very professionally.

  I live in Pittsboro and this is my go to place for an oil change and car inspection. AJ did my car inspection today and she was very professional and courteous and got my inspection done timely!!! Thank you!

  Wife’s jeep overheated as soon as she left after an oil change. She actually called during the oil change saying the tech was wrenching the heck out of the air cleaner housing, (where coolant return hoses run). I discovered two broken coolant return hose fittings, missing screws on the air cleaner housing, and one broken air cleaner screw bracket. I fixed it myself and asked for a very reasonable reimbursement. They said there was no evidence that the tech had done the damage! Please. Don’t trust these people. They complain about working there and clearly don’t take accountability when they make a mistake. Run!

  I don't want one bad apple to ruin the bunch, because the employees who stepped up afterward were amazing. Unfortunately, after my oil change, my oil cap was left off. My car began losing oil, started making a horrible grinding noise, and felt like the engine was going to seize. After oil was added, the grinding stopped, but the car was still shaking and making a whirring noise. The employee who handled my vehicle needs to be held accountable and, in my opinion, should not be handling customers' vehicles. Thankfully, our friend who works here took the situation extremely seriously. He submitted a ticket, took pictures and videos, cleaned everything up, and made sure everything was documented and submitted so Strickland Brothers could address anything that needed to be handled. I truly appreciate the people who stepped up and made sure my concerns were taken care of. One employee's mistake doesn't define the entire team.
