  Love my car! BUT, now I feel like they are not trustworthy. When I bought my car in November I was going to get it financed through SECU. The dealer convinced me to finance through them using capital one stating they could buy down the rate to match SECU’s 5.25% since they didn’t take any money off the sticker price. Well 8 months later I notice my interest rate is 6.24%. I didn’t catch it in all the paperwork I was signing(lesson learned!). Refinancing now but I’m sure it’s too late and they’ll get to keep their commission. Really makes me mad, guess I need to quit assuming people are going to do what they say they are going to do. Pay attention to all the details when you buy a car there!

  They were polite, honest, and did not try to force a sale. Much appreciated after having multiple other dealerships try to hard sell us as soon as we walked onto the lot, even after stating we would not do a same day purchase for any reason. It was the best experience we had of nearly a dozen dealerships we went too. I would recommend them to others looking for a vehicle.

  I just sold my 2012 Honda Pilot to this dealership before moving out of the state. I was impressed by their efficiency and professionalism during the entire process—from appraisal to signing over the title. I got a great deal for my car since they honor Kelly Blue Book valuation, and they were so kind to give me a ride home afterwards! 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to sell their car locally!

  I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Accord from Smart Cars, and unfortunately, only five days after buying it, the vehicle developed a blown head gasket. As you can imagine, this was a very frustrating and stressful situation. That said, I want to give credit where it is due. The owner and staff stepped up and covered the entire engine repair at no cost to me and also provided me with a rental vehicle while my car was being repaired. I truly appreciate their willingness to stand behind the vehicle and help resolve the issue. The reason for the 3-star rating instead of 5 stars is not because of how the dealership handled the repair, but because of the inconvenience, worry, and frustration of experiencing a major engine failure so soon after purchasing the car. Overall, I am very pleased with the way the dealership handled the situation once the problem arose. They honored their commitment, took care of the repair, and worked with me throughout the process. Based on how they addressed the issue, I would recommend them to other buyers and would encourage anyone shopping for a vehicle to give them a chance. Thank you to the team for making things right.   I had a mixed experience with this dealership. I found a Volvo XC90 online that checked every box for what I was looking for and scheduled an appointment to see it at 1pm. Because I live over an hour away, I specifically called before leaving (at 11:45 am) to confirm the vehicle was still available. I was told it was. After driving over an hour to the dealership, I arrived to find that the vehicle wasn't even on the lot. I was told someone had taken it home for lunch, and I waited approximately 25 minutes for it to return. When it finally arrived, I learned that a deposit had already been placed on the vehicle earlier that morning. This was frustrating, especially considering I had called ahead specifically to avoid making a long trip for a vehicle that wasn't available. I appreciated being allowed to look at and drive the XC90 anyway, but by that point it was no longer available for purchase. The salesperson told me they frequently receive similar XC90s and would contact me within a few days when another became available. It's now been over a week, and I have not received any follow-up communication. The vehicle itself was beautiful, and everyone was polite throughout the process, but the communication and handling of the appointment left a lot to be desired. For customers traveling a significant distance, accurate information and follow-up are extremely important.
