A car accident is a stressful enough experience, then to finally get my car back and more work still needs to be done. I’ve had to replace tires due to an alignment issue and still haven’t heard back from insurance for the additional claim, when this should have been resolved the first time.

Sherri is always so professional and courteous. The parts people are top notch. I live in Concord and go out of my way to make sure I use these guys. In total, they have worked on at least eight of my vehicles and not one single time have I ever had an issue. Good body shops are rare these days.
