  Turned me away with a flat tire an hour and a half before their closing time. Told me they were done for the day. There wasn't a single car in their shop. That's terrible business practice. I had to get a tow that fixed me up in the back of their parking lot.

  I really wish I could give this location 5 stars because everyone I interacted with was nice and professional. Unfortunately, my rating is based on the overall experience and process. I purchased tires and had them shipped to this location for a Sunday appointment. The tires arrived several days beforehand, but on the day of my appointment I received a call saying the machine used to install the tires was broken and someone would be coming the following morning to repair it. Of course, that meant all of the plans I had made around getting my vehicle back that day went out the window. Later that evening, after the vehicle had been brought inside, I was contacted and told they had “noticed” that my rear window had separated from the glue and was coming off. The problem is that my vehicle was towed there by AAA, and the driver sent a photo when he dropped it off—the window was intact. My husband went to the shop the following morning and, after looking at it, felt that it appeared something may have pushed against the window and caused it to separate. At this point, however, it has turned into finger-pointing, and we are now left having to get the window repaired ourselves. What made the situation even more confusing was that my husband arrived around 9:30 the next morning and the new tires were already installed, even though the shop opens at 9:00 and I had been told the repair person for the tire machine wouldn’t be there until that morning and that I most likely wouldn’t get my vehicle back until that afternoon. Ultimately, I picked up my vehicle and had to place towels underneath the loose rear window where it was resting against the metal brackets just to help protect the glass from breaking if I hit a bump on the way home. Again, everyone was nice, and I have no complaint about how I was personally spoken to. But I left this experience feeling pretty jilted. I brought my vehicle in for tires and left with a damaged rear window that now has to be repaired, along with a lot of unanswered questions about what happened while the vehicle was in their care. I really wish the situation had been handled differently.

  I do not like taking my car anywhere to be serviced. Typically, you get lazy people, people who ignore what you say, people who upsell you, or people who just suck. I used to go to a tire store run by a guy my dad knew and i only trusted them....because again, people suck. So, I had to stop at Mr. Tire due to location and timing, etc. They couldn't help me with the simple patch job...and they were right not to. they didn't even try to upsell me. they pointed out my wear issue on another tire. tehy pointed out my suspension. they didn't try to upsell or sell me a set of tires or even tell me what I needed to do. Instead, the man at the counter told me about his experience with a couple of brands, told me their prices were about mid range (which was true) and i went on my way. I ended u getting my tires shipped to them from tire rack and I showed up at the appointed time. They didn't even ask if i wanted an alignment which i did. they did the work..... My tires were clean, pressure at exactly 77, TPMS was reset, stems looked good, and the lugnuts were even torqued in sequence. The alignment was better than what i've had from dealerships when i've had to go there. and it was $70 less than what i thought it would cost. The man working the counter kept me updated, the people doing the work did a fantastic job TLDR: I'm really impressed. Cannot recommend them enough. It's rare these days to not have someone just push unnecessary things at you.
