  We traveled to Charlotte from Raleigh only to find we had a flat front driver's side tire. Since my grandson had road hazard with the Mr Tire in Raleigh we looked for one close to where we were. Thank God we found the one in Pineville. Even though it was a holiday and he was short staffed..the manager repaired the tire quickly and not only that he saw that our oil was very low and he gave us enough to make it home safely. All of this was done at NO CHARGE! I highly recommend this business.

  The guy to counter tried to sell me $31 road hazard plan and tell him it's part of the package he couldn't refund it which is not true and if you read the terms of the package it's not included and if you look on the back it says optional so since he lied to me I called the home office and the one that's home office that she would refund my $31

  I had my oil changed and my battery replaced on my 2018 Kia soul June 25, 2026. The service was excellent along with a short wait time. Would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Tire to any of my friends and family.
