  Very unprofessional. I went for oil change and windshield wipers was told it would take 30 min I was there for an hour and a half only for them to tell me after I already paid that the windshield wipers won’t go on and he broke two trying to put them on my car. Then they had to send the manager and to give me a refund which he didn’t even know how to do and ended up giving me cash for the windshield wipers when I should’ve gotten a refund for the entire service. Very unprofessional and is lacking communication skills. They should’ve checked the windshield wipers going on before I even paid worst experience at a Jiffy Lube ever will not be going back.

  I was passing through from out of town and had an inspection here in December 2025. I was told the back brakes would pass but would need to be changed and the core pack needed to be changed. I agreed to have the brakes and core pack done. The mechanics dropped a tool down into the engine and I ended up staying over 3 days, spending extra money booking hotel rooms and uber to get back and forth to the shop. When it was all said and done it was like pulling teeth to have some kind of compensation for having to spend extra money and time for a mistake they made. $100 was taken off of a $1400 tab when I spent much more than that in hotel fees not including the Ubers evens after speaking with the district manager who was in a meeting and couldn’t tend to the matter until later that day. I paid and left. After leaving Jiffy Lube, I could hear squealing in the brakes. I called them to let them know the brakes were squealing. They told me once I drive a few hundred miles the squealing will stop. After going to multiple Jiffy Lube’s to have the issue corrected, I was told that I needed to go to the location where the work was done. I finally made it back in May within warranty timeframe and mileage. When I get there close to noon, there were two mechanics onsite that told me, all of the other mechanics were sent home and that I would need to come back tomorrow. I returned the next day around 10 AM and met Jason the manager. I tell Jason of the issue with the back brakes and he asks me could I leave my truck with him because the mechanic to handle that backed up. I agreed and left the truck. Jason, call me back around 3 or 4 PM Saying that the mechanic drove the vehicle and it’s not the back brake squealing, it the front brakes and that he would send me a picture of the front brakes. He sent the pictures and I said OK let’s do it. When I return at 6:20, the truck was still on the lift just being finished up. The mechanic lowered it, test drove it and when he came back, he said it’s not the front brake is actually the back brakes. I said to he and Jason, “then that takes us back to square one with me just needing the brakes corrected?”. I told him that I would prefer the original front brake be replaced and we correct the back brakes as initially stated because I didn’t come to spend money, only to have the correction. Jason mentioned me leaving the truck again overnight and I told him of the last situation and how this is Money and time. He tells me he will allow me to drive a truck away and come back at 9:30 the next morning when he arrives. I arrive the next morning 9:30 and Jason says to me “ When it rains it pours. I had mechanics call out today and I don’t have anyone available to correct the brakes.” He asked me what would I pay to keep the front brakes and he call a different Jiffy Lube so that they could correct the issue for me. I told him half. He agreed and I paid half. He told me that wherever I am reach out to him and he will have the closest Jiffy Lube, correct it for me. I reached out to Jason via his personal number as we have been communicating today and got no reply. I still have traveling to do and I would hate to pass the warranty mileage and this not be corrected. When I calculated what it cost me to stay over those 6 total days it almost cost me as much as the Jiffy Lube experiences. I am very disappointed and upset with this entire experience. I’ve paid $1500 to Jiffy Lube and still have squealing brakes.

  Cane in on a Sunday (Polk St location) They were understaffed and it was clearly a hectic shift for the team. That did not prevent the young man who helped us to display professionalism and great customer service. Although they had several customers, he took the time to give us great service and we didn’t not feel rushed or that they rushed the job. I did not get his name but it was the young man with dread locks who helped us. He embodied what true kind and genuine customer service solid be Kudos and keep up the good work!

  Took the suv and inspected it so throughly . I was out rather quickly . Very nice people employed there . .
