I needed an oil change so I received a $15 off coupon through the mail and decided to try it out. Ken told me it was going to be $109 for an oil change and that my car needed an engine flush. I declined the engine flush and when I went to go pay Ken charge me $119. I know they have a goal to be the million dollar store club but deceptive practices will drive potential loyal customers like myself away. I will not be going back, it forces me to leave a poor review simply because I decline a service so prices go up to meet their goal. Honestly goes a long way and I would have become a loyal customer but they are deceitful.

Fast service. While on the waiting room, enjoying free coffee, a customer spoke to me. She comes here for three years, no complains. She says she only has trouble when she goes somewhere else. Servive was nice and fast.

Ken and his team were professional, efficient and even went above and beyond by fixing a parking sensor in my front bumper! Nice to see that exceptional service and customer care is still available with “car care”! Thank you!

I would LOVE to give Grease Monkey off Pineville Matthews Road a HUGE shoutout!! I get off work late and called around to a bunch of different places to see if they could squeeze me in for a quick state inspection. Every place turned me down EXCEPT for this Grease Monkey! Ken (assistant manager) and the rest of his staff were extremely nice and helpful the whole time I was here! You have won yourselves a life long customer for as long as I live in the area!! Thank you SO so much!!

Oli change. Agreed to get filters changed told filters would be there in an hour, two hours no filters. Next day ready drive my car and I hear something dragging, they failed to take the covering. Now I am afraid what else we're careless with. Now I have to wait on a Sunday until open on Monday to try to get resolution.
