  Went to this location because I got a coupon in the mail. Staff did not replace the cover pins after completing the oil change leading to the splash guard being loose and causing loud noises at high speeds or going over bumps. Had to crawl under the vehicle to zip tie it back in place

  Tiffany went above expectations to make sure that one of my fleet vehicles received service it needed. She effectively described what was needed and what may be needed and broke out the reasoning on each. She was very honest and upfront as well.

  I had an outstanding experience at Grease Monkey in Pineville! From the moment I checked in for service until the moment I pulled out of the parking lot, the customer service was truly next level. The manager and service specialist were both extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. They took the time to listen to my needs, clearly explained the service, and completed everything quickly and efficiently. What impressed me most was their honest, no-pressure approach. They didn’t try to upsell me or convince me to purchase services my vehicle didn’t need. The entire process was smooth, the team was knowledgeable and respectful, and the pricing was excellent, much better than what I have experienced at dealerships. It is refreshing to find an auto service shop that values honesty, quality work, fair pricing, and its customers’ time. Grease Monkey in Pineville has earned my trust, and I will be taking all of my vehicles to this location from now on. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, dependable, and professional automotive service without the dealership prices or sales pressure!

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. My 2015 GMC Acadia Needed the headlights were replaced However, one of the retaining rings from the old headlights had remained on the driver side. Mario was able to get the ring out and replace the headlight on that side from the Wheel well. If they had not been able to perform the service for me, I would’ve had to have gone to a dealership and had the front end of my vehicle removed. While they had the car up, I had them rotate the tires for me and they done a excellent job on everything.

  As usual, the only price clearly advertised when you walk in is the oil change, which was already higher than I expected. When I asked about having my A/C checked, I was quoted around $200, which seemed excessive compared to other shops. The staff recommended a coolant flush, but no one showed me the condition or color of the coolant to explain why it was needed. I was also given one price for the coolant flush by an employee, but when it came time to pay, the price was higher. After I questioned it and explained what I had originally been told, the general manager said the employee was new. After some back and forth, they applied a small discount, but I still ended up paying more than I expected based on the original quote. Overall, the inconsistent pricing, lack of transparency, and confusion during the visit left me without much confidence. I left feeling uncertain about the recommendations and pricing, and I'll be looking elsewhere for future maintenance and repairs.
