  Everyone there was friendly and DID THE RIGHT THING!!! They told me I didnt really need an oil change! I mean who does that? I recommend them highly

  avoid pineville location at any cost. your first visit, guy walks in after a couple of minutes… first thing he says “you have an excellent engine. Nothing wrong with it. But lets see this. You have a bad cabin filter, you need to replace brake pads, you should change brake fluids”. If i was due for all this then why my Subaru service center never said this?? Obviously I politely denied doing anything other than the oil changes. But still same old pressure tactics. We also report to the same carfax… your car warranty will get void… blah blah blah. In the end on receipt i see inly one recommended action “replace cabin filter” Strictly avoid these scam monkeys.

  Had the absolute best experience getting my car serviced - EVER! What started out as a simple oil change escalated with additional services needed that I wasn’t aware of or prepared for the cost. My service tech and the manager worked with me and made sure what needed done was done. And for a reasonable price! Highly recommend Grease Monkey 997 and my tech Sam was great!

  Great experience!!! Tommy the General Manager was very knowledgeable and made the experience easy for an early Saturday morning. He is also a very funny guy with a great sense of humor.
