I had a truly excellent rental experience at Enterprise Car Rentals in Pineville, N.C. It's been a long time since I needed to rent a vehicle but my annual fishing trip to the coast was coming up and I needed a large...VERY......large vehicle to take three guys and all of their gear for almost a week. I visited the Enterprise facility and spoke to Andrew who was positive, helpful and professional. He knew the type of vehicle I needed and I was very pleased with the costs for that vehicle. I made the reservation and several weeks later I arrived to find Andrew along with Heather finalizing my rental vehicle. Heather went over the various new controls inside the vehicle ( I had many questions) and was very helpful in making me feel good about heading to the NC coast in this new (very large) vehicle. Andrew and I spoke about returning the vehicle when my trip was up and let me know that Enterprise would get me back home after turning the vehicle back in. We had a great trip largely due to the assistance of Andrew and Heather. Needless to say, they made me an Enterprise customer for life. Thanks Heather and Andrew!!!!

Overcharges too much adding fees and "optional" insurance that they add without your consent.

Ryan at the Pinevillel location is consistantly calm and professional every time I have rented from here, she is a great asset at this location. Heather, one of the Managers seems to be taking the lead to insure customer satisfaction is achieved.

I have had the worst experience. Heather the Branch Manager as well the 3 front desk workers were not helpful and very condescending. There is no order in how they communicate with customers specifically when using the shuttle service. A driver was scheduled to pick me up at 10 no communication was made that he arrived until 10:40. I made several call to the location between 930 and 1030 each time telling me he was in route. The driver showed me messages where he contacted the store to call me at 1016 and no one did. My frustration was not met with any apology which furthered my frustration. Do better, however I doubt that will happen.
