    I had such a great experience with Miles at Enterprise! He was extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful from start to finish. I was having issues with one of the rental cars and had to come back to the location while also rushing to make it to work. Miles was more than willing to help, accommodate my needs, and make the process smooth and stress-free during a frustrating situation. I truly appreciate him going above and beyond to assist me. Thank you so much, Miles! Every time I come to this Enterprise location. I always have the best experience and Miles was definitely a big part of that experience.

    Awesome staff! They are very professional and accommodating! I was renting a car due to an accident but I am going to begin using them for my personal rentals in the future!

    I have rented from several different enterprises in the Charlotte area and I drive out of my way to come to this location. I have never been disappointed or unsatisfied with my rentals or the customer service. This location should be used as a training hub for some of the other ones that I won’t mention here.
