  Had a nail in a tire on Sunday afternoon. Found them open at 4:30. For the tire patched and I was back on the road in no time. Everyone was very personable and professional. Highly recommend them to everyone who needs service.

  Donnie was very helpful and polite from the very beginning. When I called to make an appointment he answered all my questions and concerns and tried what he could to help me with any questions that I had about my vehicle. Good service and good customer support. Definitely will be coming back and I will let everyone else know about this place!

  My experience was excellent from the minute I walked in the door the salesman Donnie was very professional and friendly and he made sure to explain everything to where I could understand what he was talking about. I give a 10/10 recommendation and I will definitely be returning in the future.

  Al took VERY good care of me. A single wrong size tire got installed. I wanted to then get all 4 replaced. Al beat the best out the door price I found for Michelin cross climates and gave a full refund for the wrong tire that initially got installed. I will be contacting Al for my next tire purchase.

  The team at Mavis in Oxford did an excellent job. Not only was my tire replacement less expensive than the quote I received from the dealership, but they also identified major issues with my tires that had been completely overlooked during a dealership inspection just two weeks earlier. When I questioned how the dealership missed it before, technician physically showed me the uneven wear on my tires so I could better understand what he was referring to, which gave me peace of mind. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend them based on my experience!
