  Great service! Kudos to Cody, Keisha and crew. Bought a set of tires for my car and they were very loud. Not what I expected from a premium brand tire. The tire brand comes with a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. Any reason you do not like the tires, you can return and exchange them within 60 days for another set of the same tire brand or a different brand. When I called the shop, no one had heard of or processed an exchange under this guarantee. Cody took ownership of this and found out how to go about exchanging the tires for another brand. Great customer service from Keisha when I came into exchange the tires. All around a great experience.

  I had good customer service experience from Keisha had my tire checked and serviced and done in a timely manner will definitely be back for more service when needed thanks mavis for having excellent staff

  Aquil And Keisha and thier team where absolutely awesome, went above and beyond to help us when we had tire issues , sensors where off , tire had a hole somewhere, and they took our suv and had it back to is in no time all fixed , we previously had 2 flats on my nephews vehicle during his visit to nc from NJ, and they took him in fast and had him going again, we take our cars for our changes as well, never had any issues , thanks yall 🙏

  Stopped in without an appointment to get a tire fixed due to a nail puncture. When we walked in we were greeted with the news that the store's server/internet was completely down but despite not being able to start an order or take payment the manager immediately offered to fix the tire for free. Store provided great customer service at a very stressful time for everyone.

  I recently had tires put on my Mitsubishi at Mavis Tire at the beach, but unfortunately, the tires continued to lose air and I found myself having to repeatedly stop and put air in them. When I stopped by the Mavis Tire shop and spoke with Brandon, I explained the situation. He listened attentively, took my concern seriously, and assured me that he would get it taken care of. He replaced the valve stems (I believe that was the issue), and I’m happy to say that it completely resolved the problem. I really appreciate Brandon’s excellent customer service. He was professional, attentive, and most importantly, he followed through and fixed the problem. It’s refreshing to have someone listen to a customer’s concerns and make sure the issue is actually resolved. Thank you, Brandon, for taking care of me and making this a positive experience!
