  I went to Mavis because one of my tires was losing air. I was greeted promptly and due to a no show they were able to take my car right in. The problem was fixed promptly and I was out in fewer than 45 minutes. Mike was super friendly and quickly found my record from the Charlotte store. Since the tires were bought from NTB/Mavis, he reminded me of the warranty that most likely had been purchased at that time. I had totally forgotten, so thank you, Mike! If I lived in Oxford, this Mavis would definitely be my go to!

  Their professionalism speaks volumes. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the peace of mind that comes from knowing my car is in good hands. Thanks to Mike and all of the staff!

  I had a passenger rear flat at pretty much closing and Mike helped me repair my tire with no stress. Felt like a lifesaver with my first flat tire and couldn’t have asked for a better servicemen to help.

  It is my first visit to a Mavis, and it will be my last. They knew I am not a local so they quoted $1077 for alternator replacement. The part alone is over $600 while it's $100-200 at part stores. I immediately knew these people are dishonest and greedy because I have done alternator repairs before. I had my car towed to Durham and only spent $441 to get it done. I was surprised by their 4.9 rating. No matter how many your customers are happy, if you attempted to cheat one of them, you are dishonest. The slogan on their banner "discounted prices everyday" is a lie. They grab every opportunity to inflate the price.

  Where do I begin. 8:00 am appt, finally done at 10:30am. 4 new tires, no tpms, 1 other customer in the store. But wait, it gets worse. I got home and noticed a weird noise coming from my tires. They left the original 20 year old weights on my wheels, and chucked on a bunch of stick on weights that rub on the brake caliper every time my tires go around. And last and certainly worse, they damaged my wheel because they left the original wheel weights on in the balance machine. Not only will I never go back to this location, I will be going to a different Mavis location that will hopefully fix their mistakes. And all the while during my 2 hour and 30 minute tire apppt, I was getting sales pitched every 20 mins for add on services. God forbid I would have let them do a brake flush or something more serious, probably would have totaled my vehicle. TLDR don’t go here, they are incompetent and may damage your vehicle
