Mavis has the best personal assistants. Ms. Keisha and her team was great, they worked with me and were patient with me in the process. I would return to this location any time if I needed service and definitely I will recommend this Mavis to family and friends. They deserve more than they may be getting monetarily at this moment.

Came in for an oil change nearly lost my truck bed instead they lifted my truck up to do an oil change the truck bed bent downwards at an angle and seperated from the cab they put the truck down drove it out and told us they were not able to do the oil change with no mention of the bed seperating from the truck. If we had not seen it happen they would have brushed it off and leyt us ride off. When confronted about it we were told it was our fault and that the bottom was rusty. My response was why did you even lift it if it was rusty. We have contacted corporate and will see where this goes. One things for sure Mavis will never get my business back

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at Mavis Tire today! Keisha at the front desk was absolutely a pleasure to work with. She was friendly, helpful, and made everything so easy. They got me in and out quickly, took great care of me, and even gave me a quote on some big, beefy tires I was interested in. What really impressed me was the price — I just got another quote from somewhere else for tires that aren’t nearly as big or beefy, and they’re almost the same price. That really puts Mavis’ quote into perspective and makes it hard to beat! I really appreciate how helpful and accommodating everyone was today. Keisha was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be coming back when I need tires or service again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
