- LALorilee Austintoday5.0We had a near flat tire while on vacation and were expecting the worst but hoping for the best. We went to Mavis in Ocean Isle, NC and they repaired the plug for free! Corey was so nice and helpful! My husband, Dan, and I highly recommend them! Thank you, Corey and Mavis!
- LBLori Bailey1 day ago1.0I would like to leave a zero. I had my brand new auto for 1 day, and got a nail in the tire. I left my car at 8pm. I use my car for work. Next AM, they call and tell me it was a nail in the side of tire, they had to replace the tire. $240 for 1 cheapo tire. Never showed me the old tire. Needed car for postal work so decided to advise folks here. NEVER AGAIN
- LDLuAnn Dugan4 days ago5.0I had a tire with what I thought was a slow leak. The Mavis team checked out and could not find anything. Even though they spent time checking my tire, they did not charge me for their service.
- SWSteve WilliamsonOct 4, 20265.0Got a flat tire on a Sunday morning and most tire shops are closed Sunday. Mavis was open, and even though I did not have an appointment they expediently replaced the damaged tire. Many kudos to Corey who rendered exceptional service, and was very pleasant to deal with. I will be back again for future automotive needs.
- KTKim TestermanOct 2, 20265.0Had my first experience with Mavis today.I am new in town, had a nail in my tire and no family or friends to help. I found Mavis was a mile away and drove there immediately. The experience was nothing less than phenomenal. From the moment I walked through the door I was welcomed and the staff was more than willing to help! I explained the situation and also that I had an appointment an hour away. They took a look at my tire and stated they could patch it and have me on the road in no time. I was in the store for less than an hour and made it to my appointment with five minutes to spare. They were kind, attentive and they worked quickly knowing I had a previous engagement. I cannot say enough about how much I truly appreciate the service I received. In addition the price was equally amazing! I will be returning for all of my auto needs.
