  I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Ben is always so nice and helpful! Every time I come in, everyone is friendly and makes the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s really nice having a place I feel comfortable bringing my car and knowing I’ll be treated well. I definitely recommend taking your car here!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire. Even though I arrived just a few minutes before closing, the team still took the time to help me and repaired my tire without rushing me. They were professional, friendly, and truly cared about providing great customer service. I really appreciate their willingness to help at the end of a long day. Highly recommend this location!

  Corey knocked it out of the park. I had a screw in my tire on a rental car and he was able to get it repaired and back on the car in less than an hour. Front desk folks were super nice and helpful and if Mavis has branches in CA, I’ll definitely be using them again.

  I had an issue with my tires that caught me off guard. I have been out of my state on vacation for 3 of the last 4 weeks and as I was getting gas I smelled burnt rubber. I happened to look down at my rear tire that was all but bald with only 7,100 miles on them. Much to my surprise both rear tires were bald and my front tires were 50-55% worn out also with such low mileage. I went to where I purchased them in Jamestown NC and they said they will start a claim and contact me with what corporate says. Well Jordan the store manager called me back a few business days later and said Corporate will offer $0.00 in fixing my worn out tires!! I told him that is 100% unacceptable and to get someone higher up to talk to. Well they called me back and after telling me I do not take care of my vehicle and that I did not rotate the tires at 5k miles they are only going to help out with 35% of the tire replacement! I told him even if I did rotate the tires at 5k instead of 7k there was no way those tires were going to make the 50k mileage warranty that they come with. I asked for someone else to talk to and a guy from Corporate called. His name was Tyler and was a professional in understanding my concerns! I even had the previous store perform an alignment which is why I was super surprised at the condition of the tires with such low miles on them. They obviously did the alignment wrong which is why the tires wore so quickly. Anyway Tyler contacted Corey at the 6040 Kilbart Crossing Ocean Isle location and everything was pleasant from there on out! I did have to pay a decent amount again but it was worth it when my assumption was correct and that the alignment for all 4 wheel positions was way out of spec! After my 3 hour ride home I did not notice the burning rubber I smelled while fueling up previously. Thumbs up to Tyler from Corporate and Corey the assistant Service manager! 👍

  Corey and Alan helped me when my tire got a hole in it, and the customer service was truly amazing. I walked in with no appointment (I was in a rush for work so I was on the clock) and I decided to get all four tires replaced. They got me in and scheduled me within minutes to get done the same day! When I cam back to get my car, it was exactly as planned. They didn't try to tell me everything wrong with the car or what else I should replace, they got exactly what I needed done and done on-time. Best part? They were a joy to talk to! Already recommended them and I will be a returning customer. The shop was also very clean for there only being two technicians.
