The assistant manager Chris is phenomenal! He came and offered to get my mats out of my car pressure wash them and help to read install. All of the staff is 10/10. Good service to have as a monthly member.

He took our trunk mat inside and cleaned it for us which was extremely helpful. Chris also checked on us while we were using the carpet cleaner to ensure it was working properly. There were plenty of supplies such as microfiber cloths, glass cleaner, multi-purpose cleaner and even compressed air. We will definitely be back and can’t compliment Chris enough on his customer service.

I complemented him on the excellent service that Whistle provides their customers. He asked if there was anything he could help me with and I advised I was heading to NH for 4 months and I needed to put my a"ount on hold. He took me to the office and he was able to cancel the account for the period I will be away. Ive noticed this type of extra care from other people working at this particular location .
