Not only do they provide an excellent eco friendly car wash experience, free amenities post wash like cleaning sprays, fresh towels and high suction vacuuming, their customer service professionals are outstanding. Chris, the mgr is always smiling and there to help with anything you need. I’ve tried others and truly these guys are the BEST! Give them a try and guaranteed you become a member with no waiting. You get priority entry with a scan of your plate and thru the wash you go!!

Recently, Chris, the assistant manager came over and offered to clean my car mats. The temperature was easily 95° and he consistently walked throughout the parking area doing the same thing for all the customers who were interiorly cleaning their vehicles. I highly recommend this place.

But the reason I felt compelled to leave a review for this Ocean Isle Beach location goes far beyond the car wash itself. My car battery decided to die on a 100-degree day—with my two young children inside. An employee named Chris went above and beyond his normal duties. He offered to give me a jump and even pointed me toward recommended service stations to get the issue taken care of. Chris, thank you for helping a family in need when we really needed it. You didn’t have to go out of your way, but you did—and it made a stressful situation so much easier. People remember moments like that. You proved that there are still good people on this earth. Whistle Express is lucky to have you. Five stars, without hesitatation.

The company car I am driving needed to be vacuumed out. I was on my lunch break and only had a few minutes left to do it. I saw the car wash and immediately thought they must have a vacuum. I did not know I was supposed to be a member to use the vacuum. I had some change in hand. I just thought someone had left some time on the vacuum for it to still be running. The guy employee came out of the office. He was very nice and respectful while letting me know the rules. He let me continue using the vacuum and just asked I leave a review. I would certainly buy a membership if I lived closer. Where I live is an hour and a half away. We only have the old car washes with the concrete bays and the coin vacuum machines. So this was totally different for me. Thank you for the best hospitality a person could ask for! I hope this guy gets recognized for his excellent customer service!
