  Went in and got an oil changed and an inspection! These guys are great! I was in and out they are very quick! They are so knowledgeable and very nice! The store manager Brandon runs an amazing shop! Mikey, Austin, terry, Bree, and Tyler are all amazing at what they do! I would give 10 stars if I could! ⭐️ thank yall for everything you guys do! Especially in this weather!

  Great experience! I stopped by Strickland Brothers in Oak Ridge for an oil change and was in and out in no time. The staff was super friendly, transparent about pricing, and didn't try to push any unnecessary services on me. these guys are great. Highly recommend!

  Went in for inspection, guy was not personable at all, attitude, left my glove box open with papers and manual all over the seat. Place is getting worse and worse. I will be going to Mavis from now on. Hope they go out of business soon. If I could give zero stars I would. But the other guy did offer me a mini bottle of water. lol

  Went a couple years ago for an oil change and had terrible service. Decided to try again for a simple inspection, and they wouldn't pass the tires because they weren't wearing evenly. It's not that they wouldn't pass inspection, they just weren't wearing evenly. Took it to another station and it passed with no issue.

  My girlfriend came in and was treated terribly. We’ve come to this location for quite a while and never had a bad experience, but the technician Corey was unnecessarily rude, if it wasn’t for Mikey, I wouldn’t even try coming back here, but Mikey has always been very professional towards me, I’ll only be bringing my cars here when Mikey is working from now on though
