  Awsome Mr. Tire Shop! There wasn't a Team Member there that wasn't, "On Point" with Customer Service and Technical Expertise. I chose This New Bern, North Carolina Mr. Tire location specifically because they were the most busy Auto and Tire Service in town. It looked like customers were lined-up seeking service even though similar Auto service and repair vendors were literally right next door to theirs (and were void of customers). Thank them for executing my Tire rotation and oil change to my specifications without trying to sell me, "After inspection" products and services to cash-in on a visiting, Fayetteville tourist. Koodos to a staff that just doing the right thing to serve their community every day!

  Ii brought my van in for an inspection, oil and filter change and two new tires. I was taken care in an orderly fashion. The service was performed right the first time and the workers were all very pleasant. The customer waiting area was clean and the chairs were comfortable enough that waiting wasn’t going to be painful.

  I went in 4/23 to check on my AC and was charged $457 for the AC diagnostic and a refrigerant recharge. I had to return the next day due to my AC not working again and was the told I need a new AC compressor. If I were to have gotten my AC fixed that day, I would have been charged $1200. $900 for the AC compressor ALONE and $250ish for service. I believe the initial AC diagnostic would’ve told the employees that I needed a new AC compressor and I was unnecessarily charged for my refrigerant recharge. I’m being charged less than 30% of what Mr. Tire was trying to charge me for the same service elsewhere. The employees were friendly, but this company is a scam. Do your research and take your service elsewhere.

  Great customer service from Dillion in office who began with explaining my car's needs and estimate. Excellent brake service from Warren on the vehicle. Received clear updates from Luther via phone who provided good explanation of the cars progress and time of service completion. Have scheduled future tire installation. Very pleased quality of service and will return for future auto service needs.
