I had no idea so I said the basic. I was rudely told my car can not get the basic so I asked I aren’t you supposed to examine the car then give me a recommendation? Mind you I am still in the car in the parking lot when asked. The technician was in defense mode the entire time which is very rude when I haven’t done anything but pulled in and said I’d like to get an oil change this car has never had one. Asking me that question seemingly knowing what I’d say giving the opportunity to be rude to me. I’m not the technician. That’s why I came here. Lastly after finally being escorted inside to the waiting room, after the service was completed, I noticed my front carpet was not vacuumed and a huge black foot print was left on my rug! I am never going back. If they spoke with respect things would go differently. Instead of waiting for an opportunity to be rude! I’m here to pay you for a service. I don’t even know you. What’s the point in being rude to paying customers? I’m not here for the cheapest service I’m here for what’s recommended but I won’t know that if I’m still sitting in the car will I ???
