  The return attendance were efficient and swift. They were very courteous and made getting on the shuttle very easy. Definitely recommend.

  2nd time renting from them amazing customer service . I had my rental for 2 weeks no issues. Upgraded me for free too! Good prices 522 for 2 weeks !!! I used my uaaa discount also !

  I had a reservation today that was booked via third party so the pick up time was 4hrs after I had landed. The staff told me that they did not have any cars available and that I would have to wait for someone to drop off a car for me to have. I waited about 2 hours with no luck. All the other car rental companies also did not have any cars available which was disappointing. I completely understand this was my (third party booking on my behalf) fault for not putting/ checking the correct pick up time. I really appreciate how the staff handled my situation and a HUGE shoutout to Shawn. She was so kind to me and brought me water and a snack while I waited. Very patient and understanding of my situation and an overall kind soul. She genuinely turned my day around with her compassion and kindness. The 4 star review is all because of her and another lady who helped me prior to Shawn (whose name I did not catch). If Shawn wasn’t there to handle the situation the way she did, I’d give a 1 star review. I really wish the rental companies would keep some cars in stock so that these kind workers aren’t getting the frustration of the customers as much as they are. Especially since they are the only rental companies in the vicinity. I read a couple of reviews and it seems like this is an ongoing issue that hasn’t been addressed.

  We had a confirmed reservation for a rental through our travel agent. Before coming inside, my travel agent verified that the reservation was active & confirmed for this location. However, upon arrival, my fiancé was told there are no vehicles available because the cars on the lot had already been assigned to other customers flying in. To clarify the situation, we contacted our travel agent again & returned inside with them on speakerphone, so we could understand what had happened. Instead of working with us to resolve the issue, the employee became visibly frustrated, demanded my fiancés name, & repeatedly threatened to call both her manager & the police, claiming he was "harassing" her. We were simply trying to understand why a confirmed reservation could not be honored. The interaction became even more concerning when my fiancé stepped outside to de-escalate the situation & continue speaking with our travel agent, yet the employee followed him outside while continuing to demand his name and repeat her threats. I understand that locations can occasionally run out of vehicles, but the complete lack of professionalism, empathy, & customer service turned an already frustrating situation into an unacceptable experience. This was overall distasteful. I hope management reviews both the reservation issue AND the way customers are treated when problems arise.
