- LMLeeann Manning5 days ago3.0The van was nice however, it kept saying "oil change required" and that is not what you want to see when you are driving out of state. I left my prescription sunglasses in the sunglasses holder and the staff said they were not there. The van is already being rented by someone else. I understand it's my fault for leaving them there but my glasses were definitely in the van and it would be nice if they call customers when something is found. If they didn't find them then they didn't clean the vehicle before renting it to someone else.

The gentleman who helped me knew his stuff and really took the time to make sure my family’s needs were taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Best rental service around

It would have been nice for someone from the office to call and let me know before I drove 45 minutes to pick it up shame on Enterprise I will NOT be going back they lost a customer of 20 years
- KPKatherine PryszczJun 4, 20261.0absolutely awful to rent through them. they’ll accept reservations and then you arrive and they tell you there’s no cars… when there’s about 50 cars in the lot just sitting there. my car was in a wreck, my husbands deployed and i’ve got a toddler. this was not the way to start off my day. they will do nothing to help you in times of need. do not book through them
