- TTTheViscountOmegaJul 21, 20261.0I reserved a sedan online and asked me what time I was going to pick it up and I just selected 10:30am thinking it hardly mattered because it was like a reserving a hotel room. I showed up at 1:00 p.m. and was told to my car was sold and gone and was told that I was lucky they have another one. I was told that's just sort of standard operating procedure at this place. I was then given this giant clunky SUV that I didn't even want and hated driving for a super important trip about 7 hours away. The rates and mileage they charged or decent but I hated the whole trip because of that.
