  There was an issue taking the credit card of the customer before me but the rental agent quickly resolved the issue and took care of me with no issues. I had filled everything out online before I went to the airport. Very convenient. The rental agents both departing and returning were quick and very pleasant. Wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again. The car was clean and a pleasure to drive.

  I will never rent any more car from them.i make a reservation two weeks ago and I called twice to confirm the vehicle is available .when I got there the vehicle is not what I pay for it. It’s not what I want…..

  Terrible. Untrustworthy. I rented a car and got to the airport and told me they have no cars available for me. Stranded no help don’t do it, not worth wasting your money.

  Efficient, friendly and competitive price for car hire. I would definitely consider using Alamo again.
