  My last oil change was done at a Subaru dealership. When I checked the oil at home it was overfilled. Strickland Brothers removed some of the oil free of charge. They were very helpful and kind.

  I have been coming to this place since it was an express lube and although the cost increases are tough, The service provided was great and the workers are nice and friendly! I really enjoyed Justin’s knowledge and personality.

  Blake took care of me and my car today! Had me in and out in like 20 minutes from the time I pulled up. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel dumb and he also explained everything so that I could make informed choices to fit what I could afford! The customer service was excellent and this is the only place I'll get my oil changed!!

  I went to Strickland Brothers in Murphy today, and had the BEST experience. There were 4 gentlemen working between 2 bays, but I only remember the names of two of them - Blake and Earl. They were SO polite, gave everyone who was getting their vehicle serviced a cold water, and were extremely fast. The price would be hard to beat as well. It was, 91° when I was getting my oil changed, and I know how hot I was, so I can't imagine how miserably hot they must've been. Nonetheless, they serviced vehicle after vehicle, with smiling faces and a great attitude. This experience is exactly why I'll always go back to Strickland Brothers, even though I have free oil changes at the dealership where I purchased my vehicle.

  I have been here to get my oil changed for many years and never had an issue until recently. I went to get my oil changed back in May and thought everything was great. I recently discovered that when I got my oil changed my scrape plate was not put back onto my vehicle. I know for a fact that it did not just “fall off” because my vehicle was seen by my mechanic shortly before the oil change for other maintenance and it was still in tact. My sister also went to get her oil changed there and the same thing happened to her as well but they tried to tell her that “there wasn’t enough screws when they took it off and they did what they could with what they had” when she had recently purchased the vehicle and had no issues until that point. Hers fell of while driving down the road because they tried to pawn off their laziness or mistake on someone else. We are both now having to buy new scrape plates that run $90 a piece on top of paying $80 for oil changes at this establishment not including the price of clips and screws to put them back into place. Very unprofessional and lazy.
