Changed alternator and belt, belt breaks 5 minutes after picking up truck, they try to up sell more issues for reason for belt breaking, told them to just put another new belt on and make sure it’s placed properly, they do that and no issue. Wasted my extra 2 hours for rookie level mechanics.

Could not sell parts when open because parts person has to drop kids off at school which is a terrible excuse that i would have been undertlstanding of but when I asked when the parts person would arrive they also had no idea which is extremely unprofessional. Suggestion to anyone who has to use this location is to call in and make sure they are open because their stated hours of operation are just to fill in blanks. 2 hour back and forth druve for nothing other than to see 4 grown men standing behind a counter doing absolutely nothing.
