  Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I inquired on the website about having my rear window replaced after an accident. The following day I was contacted by office personnel and given an appointment for the following day. The technician arrived on time and was extremely kind. Once the new glass was installed, the technician cleaned the rear hatch area and even around my garage in his work area. Best of all, they were $50-60 less than the competitors!

  This is our second time working with Goin's Glass and I can't say enough good things about them! Both times they've been great communicators, timely, clean, and amazing customer service. While this doesn't necessarily speak to their glass skills- I have appreciated how quick both servicemen we've met have not only been okay with kids been around, but have even involved them! Letting them see and hold their tools, talking to them while the kids "drove" the car as the windshield was being replaced. I know the extra time, care, and intention with the kids is not required but it truly means a lot to our family and I believe speaks so much to the character of the people at Goin's Glass🤍🤍.
