  Everyone at the store was so helpful and nice! This was my first time renting a car and I had some issues choosing the right one online so I had to do a swap and all the reps were very understanding and very helpful!! I got the names of Will and Heidi who were very helpful and there was a 3rd gentlemen whose name I didn’t get but he was very helpful as well. Thanks you guys for such a great first time experience!

  Enterprise Car Rental of Mt. Airy is a great business. They are quick, kind, and rent you a lovely vehicle. I was happy with my service checking in, and checking out. They don’t waste your time, and get you on the road.

  My husband and I have rented vehicles from this location several times over the last year and normally have good experiences. However I have been waiting for a response to an issue that I had over Christmas with our last vehicle rental. Our tire blew out on the highway while we were far from home. The tire technician informed my husband and I that all of the tires needed to be replaced. I did not take pictures of ALL of the tires, but I DID take before and after pictures of the tire that had been serviced by the roadside assistance technician and can confirm that the tread was indeed worn down. My husband and I traveled from North Carolina to Florida and back on tires that could have potentially ruptured at any time because of the worn treads. I was deeply concerned to learn that I had been provided a vehicle that did not meet basic safety maintenance standards. This issue resulted in: A safety risk to myself and my passengers and others on the road, significant lost time during my rental period while waiting for roadside assistance, then a failed attempt to exchange the vehicle at another location, and lastly repairs. Paying for a premium service (insurance) that was ultimately used to address a pre-existing maintenance failure. Because the vehicle was not properly inspected or maintained prior to my pickup, I requested a refund for one day of the rental and the associated insurance premium to compensate for the inconvenience and the risk involved. I have yet to hear back from this office and it's now the end of April.

  Reserved a vehicle 4 weeks in advance. Enterprise confirmed my reservation. Enterprise called me 1 hour before I was due to pick up my vehicle for my 1 week vacation with my grandchildren to tell me that they have no vehicles available and that they were sorry. They never offered to try and secure a vehicle from another location. Only that they are sorry and couldn't do anything. I agree that they are a very sorry company and that I will never rent from them again.
