  Horrible experience. Went out of town car oil light popped on, no places to exchange the vehicle, had the car for not even 300 miles when this happened, had to get an oil change myself and send them the bill while on vacation. Do not recommend at all. Horrible customer service each representative says something different and they will tell you something and the next person will say something different and not honor what the other rep said. Again do not recommend. I got a voucher for the hassle which I will not be using due to their poor maintenance and customer service

  We rented from the Palm Springs Airport , and was treated very well by the salesperson Heather . She had the car brought up to the curb instead of us walking to the parking lot with luggage and the service dog to manage. The car was clean almost new in condition and a very comfortable BMW We will definitely rent from them again

  Edit-called today about the charge for the upgrade. The rep said it’s for fuel, so I said I have pictures showing I returned both vehicles with full tanks and he said “oh I can’t help you” so I guess I’ll have to dispute it with my credit card company. NO OnE has tried to make this right ! They keep making it worse What a mixed bag. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! Getting the car was easy and no hassle. However I drove about 3 minutes down the road & heard a noise coming from the car. Pulled over & a piece was hanging down from the car. Tried calling but was in a nightmare loop of AI, so decided to drive back. I was assured over and over the damage wouldn’t be assigned to me because there’s no way I could have done it. They gave me an SUV because that’s all that was left. I was assured I wouldn’t be charged for the upgrade. Well, I got an email that the damage was assigned to me and I am being charged for the upgrade. Their call system is a nightmare of AI and it’s crazy you can’t just call the location. I am not sure I’ll rent from them again but it’ll depend on how they handle them going back on their word.

  Asentria was the best. She felt like family. Her customer service skills was the best ever (definitely not over exaggerating). She felt like family literally, not just with me but while I was waiting I seen how she interacted with others and she’s very good and helpful. Thank you Asentria!!!

  Outstanding Service at SIXT Raleigh-Durham Airport! This is our second time renting with SIXT, and once again, we couldn't be happier with our experience! We booked through Booking.com and received a nice discount, making an already competitive price even better. We arrived a little earlier than expected, but the entire rental process was incredibly quick, smooth, and professional. We would especially like to recognize the wonderful representative who assisted us. We believe her name was Annie. She was exceptionally friendly, positive, efficient, and genuinely eager to help. We had originally reserved a BMW SUV, but my husband and I have always preferred Mercedes-Benz. At the very last moment, my husband asked whether a Mercedes might be available. Without hesitation, she happily arranged a beautiful Mercedes-Benz GLE in the same vehicle class, with absolutely no additional charge! We also decided to add comprehensive coverage for just $111, giving us extra peace of mind throughout our trip. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Excellent vehicles, competitive prices, outstanding customer service, and a team that truly cares about its customers. A special thank-you to the wonderful employee who made our experience so enjoyable! We sincerely hope her management recognizes her exceptional service. Our only wish is to see SIXT continue growing and expanding across the United States! For example, we recently considered renting a car in Albany, New York, but unfortunately, SIXT did not have a location there. We would love to see more SIXT locations throughout the country. Wherever we travel, if SIXT is available, it will always be our first and only choice! Thank you again for another wonderful experience. We look forward to renting with SIXT again and again!
