  I reserved and paid for a vehicle with my debit card and when I went to pick up my car customer service said that I couldn't pay with a credit card even though the company policy says you can. When I called customer service number they said the agent canceled my reservation because they didn't have any vehicles left. Which was a lie, Don't rent from Sixt!

  I recently visited this location later in the evening, a time when you might expect staff to be winding down and guests to be tired. Despite the late hour, Robert provided exceptional service. He was very helpful, easy to work with, and took the time to explain everything and accommodate my needs. I truly appreciated his patience and professionalism. Over several interactions with this location, I’ve consistently had positive experiences. The team is reliable, and Robert’s customer-focused approach stood out as a highlight of my visit.

  The staff was very friendly and courteous to me during my wait for a vehicle. The one who assisted me was named Asentria. She was very friendly, kind and offered me snacks and drink as an apology for the long wait time for what I requested and made sure that I was tended to promptly upon arrival, we also engaged in friendly conversation as well to ease the tension. Everything was straight forward and explained properly and I'd love to have her as my receptionist again. The only criticism was the wait time, but it's not a huge deal because I wanted a vehicle suitable to my needs than the one they had immediately on-site so I take some accountability. I'd recommend SIXT for their hospitality and great customer service.

  Surprised this time around was not bad at all. The sign in process took too long but if you are smart you bypass all that with the qr code and get through faster. Liste to my music Dr Vega (last song Sola Dr Vega featuring Nigel)

  I was panicked because I thought I missed my bus to the rental and miss Cam (Kam?) the bus driver helped me find my way even though I was confused and needed to go to National. She was so sweet and calming when I needed it most. I didn't have cash on me and wish I had time to send her a venmo. If you know who I'm talking about and can help me connect with her, please let me know.
