  I would not use again. I was hit with a fee when returning the car with no explanation whatsoever. I am positive I didn't not get any tolls that are even close to the cost of the fee. I fully understand I have to pay tolls.There was absolutely zero damage.there was no possibility of citation or parking issue.

  I love this Sixt location. Honestly the best people and lead by a great person Mr. Julian. My thanks and appreciation to the entire team for always making it a pleasant experience for renting cars. I will surely miss the people and attention to detail.

  I rented a car for a one month, long term rental and although the staff tried to help, the experience was a mess from start to finish. Between phone calls and my time at the branch, I spent almost 1.5hours. I booked online and specifically selected a Toyota Camry with unlimited mileage, given this was a long term rental. I prepaid the full amount, around $950 to $1,000, using a prepaid card. When I arrived to pick up the car that evening, I was told the prepaid card was not valid and that they required a physical card on file. They cancelled the reservation and refunded it, though I still have not received that refund. I had to rebook on the spot with a different card. At that point they told me the Toyota Camry was no longer available and upgraded me to a Ford Bronco instead. Once everything was signed, including insurance, I found out the mileage was capped at 750 miles for four weeks. That is not a workable limit for a long term rental, and it was never mentioned during the original booking when I selected unlimited mileage. I went back to the counter to sort this out and was presented with a wall of insurance add-on options, each running around $40 a day. I declined all of them. To make things worse, the car itself smelled like smoke, despite Sixt’s policy explicitly prohibiting smoking in their vehicles. When I raised the mileage issue, staff told me I would need to call Sixt’s own booking line to get the unlimited mileage option applied, the same option I had already selected and paid for at the time of booking. Between the payment issues, the unrequested downgrade, the mileage bait and switch, and the smoke smell in the car, this was one of the worst rental experiences I have had. I will not be going back to Sixt.
