  If you are renting from SIXT at RDU and arent booking with Jasmine you are doing it completely wrong. She is hands down the Queen of SIXT 👑 I will be the first to admit that I can be a lot to handle. I am high maintenance totally spoiled when it comes to my rides and I expect the absolute best. Jasmine handles me with pure grace professionalism and the perfect amount of attitude to keep me completely in check. She has this effortless way of humbling me while still making sure I walk out of there feeling like royalty. Her customer service isnt just exceptional it is legendary. She puts up with my antics stays completely unbothered and delivers a flawless premium experience every single time. Jasmine thank you for always holding it down putting up with my spoiled self and delivering elite level service. You are an absolute asset to this company and the only reason I keep coming back to this location. Give this woman a raise already! 💯🔥

  Had a FANTASTIC experience renting from Sixt for the first time. I couldn’t find a rental I wanted from the competitors like Alamo and Enterprise. I decided to try Sixt and so happy I did, I decided to do express check out via the App and put my ID and credit card on file. This helped so much when I went to pick up my vehicle, I was in and out in maybe 5 min or less. The staff were SO friendly from pickup and drop off. Love it!

  We had a great experience with Sixt, thanks in large part to Asentria. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with from the start. Our first vehicle, a 2025 Chevy Equinox, was excellent—but shortly after leaving, the check engine light came on. We returned to the location, and the team handled the situation flawlessly. They had us swapped into a new vehicle in less than 5 minutes with zero hassle. That level of efficiency and customer care really stood out. Asentria and the team turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a seamless experience. Highly recommend Sixt, and especially appreciate the outstanding service we received!

Not only did they remember me, but they greeted me with the same friendly smiles and positive attitudes that made my first experience so great. I’m currently dealing with a difficult family situation, and honestly, the last thing I needed was a stressful rental experience. These two made everything incredibly easy, fast, and completely hassle-free. They were professional, kind, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Great customer service can turn an ordinary transaction into something memorable, and that’s exactly what Asentria and Jazzmin did.   I've used them twice now and am very unlikely to return. The first time was an OK experience but they nickel and dime you with extra charges and "optional" fees more than any company I've used (I rent cars every 6-8 weeks for business). The most recent experience left me standing at the airport at 1 am with no car and a voicemail saying they were closed. The frustrating part is I called from the prior airport because my flight was delayed. I went through their annoying chatbot system to enter the delay information and then called and spoke to an agent (of course they use an international call center...), I explained the delay and gave my flight information so they could "monitor" the flight. When I arrived, the VM said I was 2 hours late, they hadn't heard from me, and didn't know my flight info 🫩. There were other rental car shuttles that were closed and couldn't help me but were there to pick up passengers that had delayed flights (imagine that).. I was lucky enough that Alamo had 3 cars left and were very accommodating with my needs. It's not worth the supposed "savings" at a place like this.
