  The car was fine. Checking out after retrieving the car was a major problem. The man in the booth scanned the tag, didn’t say a word, and told me to have a nice day. He did not ask if I wanted to prepay for gas - which I did - and he did not ask if I wanted to use the card on file - which I did not. When I asked him about it he said, “it’s too late I can’t see it anymore”. I immediately called the location from the car (I was at RDU) and the agent here basically said she couldn’t help me. When I checked the car back in, no one said anything to me and I basically walked off after leaving the key in the car. As an Emerald Club member, this lack of customer service was appalling.

  Love using National to be able to select your own vehicle. However, the vehicle we selected at this location looked as though it had not been cleaned in a while. There was animal hair through the interior and the exterior was filthy dirty, windshield was also dirty and difficult to view out of. To top it off, the wiper fluid was empty so we could not clear the windshield upon leaving the lot.

  This is the best service at Raleigh airport NC, location the customer service team are well trained and knowledgeable they have the best staff at this location. I will recommend this location for future customers looking to rent a car from National Car Rental, Raleigh. North Carolina is one of the best locations with great rates and good customer service team members.

  I liked everything about the rental. I received a nice truck, staff inside the building and outside were awesome, even when I ran into two small issues, the customer service online and on the phone handled it perfectly and quickly. I've only had two rentals from National, but where have you been all of my life?!?! 5 Stars across the board! Warmest regards, Marty Embry

  We got in late from a day from hell inside an airport with delays on top of delays. We finally made to our destination only to find out our reservation had been canceled with your competitor. We were lost on what to do. I walked up to your shuttle and ask the driver if he knew if any vehicles were left. He said just get in and I will take you over and we will find out. Got to your company's location and the driver got out and ask the gentleman working if any cars were available he had 2 trucks. He then sent me yo another gentleman that made name feel important not just another customer. He said Miss Robin we will get you on your way. He did the paper work and got me on my way. I will now continue to use your company because of what these 3 gentleman did for me. Thank you .
