  The National Car Rental staff at this airport provided service that I have not received at other locations. I love National and have been an Emerald Isle member since 2004. The staff at Raleigh Durham truly made me feel appreciated and valued as a member. They took the time to greet me upon arrival, which is rare given the concept of Emerald Isle, and asked If I needed assistance. That was greatly appreciated and I felt "welcome" at their location.

  RDU is the best of the best for National, during the last rental I even got a text for 24/7 support from a live person. They need to improve the exiting for rentals, tight, crowded, and for private cars dropping and picking up–lines too long. I've been a National fan for a lot of years and love picking out my own vehicle and they have a great selection.

  This is by far my preferred car rental company. The ease of car rentals, getting in and out of the facilities, and simple returns all add to the experience. On the last two occasions that I've rented the customer service has gone above and beyond to make things easier for me. They have even driven me directly to the terminal to catch a flight that I was late for instead of making me leave the car off site and wait for shuttle.

  I travel weekly whether it's flying or driving. When I have to get a rental from National at RDU, it is always a great experience WITH NATIONA. Getting to the rental facility after parking my vehicle in the parking deck, is a different story :) 10/10 recommend National at RDU. Great selection of vehicles, and for someone like me who is Elite, they always upgrade me when requested! Thank you for allowing me to drive in style!

  I love this location! I rent here a lot because of work and I see the same older gentleman working every time and he offers excellent service while picking up in the Executive aisle, he always makes sure I'm well taken care of and get an ice cold water bottle. I've gotten upgrades from this team before, they've stayed open late for a delayed flight, this last time I left a small bag in the car as I was returning and a team member ran it across the parking lot to me before the shuttle left. One time I ended up with a car that smelled like cigarettes and upon returning the team member offered a discount for the issue which I really appreciated. As long as National RDU has availability I will always choose them! Thanks for everything, love y'all!!!
