  I came in for an oil change and alignment, I was never quoted for any services and I was taken advantage of. The oil change was performed with the most expensive type of oil they have, the alignment was not quoted. And I was told I had zero coolant in my engine which resulted in an unnecessary coolant exchange service. And to make matters worse I was charged a miscellaneous shop fee for no reason except I came into the building. I feel like they treated me this way because I am a black woman. No reason these 3 services should have cost almost $500.

  Great group of guys. They were able to get me in and knock out an alignment quickly in my lowered Corvette C5 with aftermarket suspension. They were honest and dependable. I would recommend bringing your vehicle here.

  Excellent service, will definitely come back! I went in for a tire check after hitting road debris and hearing an odd noise. The service was quick, courteous, and very friendly. They checked with me when they didn't find any issues and looked for other causes, even taking my car for a run around the block to be sure. They didn't find anything, and didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need. There was no charge.

  I made an appointment fir a front end alignment at the time slot they had available. I arrived on time but was told they were backed up and short staffed. The desk agent says the company now uses a 3rd part answering service. Of course they hardly speak or understand English well. Desk agent says the service does not care and they get booked up back to back . Needless to say this location was not able to do my alignment and burned up half a day in the morning to get this done. And being a former gm master tech, known the rack system they use can do the alignment on my 3/4 ton suv. So just if you have to use them try to speak to the store directly and clearly state what you want done and that if you book a reservation fir a specific time they.can honor it. If not your gonna be waiting.
