  I came in as a walk-in for a state and emissions inspection and was in and out incredibly fast. The staff here are really cool, and Amanda in particular was super responsive, understanding, and helpful. It was a great, hassle-free experience and I left very happy! I highly recommend this place.

  Everyone here was extremely communicative, transparent, and helpful about the services I came in asking for. The knowledge of staff was supreme. There wasn't a single moment where they have ever tried to upsell or push something that wasnt needed.

  You stated my car would not pass inspection due to wipers??? I tired them no streaking or frayed rubber and the windshield after the wipe was clean. I will never return here and post this everywhere as you are looking for a cash grab for wiper blades that were replaced three months ago??

  Rude service guys. I waited 20 min just for them to tell me they are out of synthetic blend, and they old have full synthetic - which costs $110. Then tried to tell me my car would explode if I put the blend in. (I've always put blend in). Go right down the street to jiffy lube. They have blend and they are very nice. And they don't try to gas light you into buying the most expensive thing they have.

  Extremely frustrating experience — I would not recommend this location. They were great as a Fast Lube but this new company is not it. I initially showed up for a state inspection and was told it would be about a 45-minute wait. That was fine, I was willing to wait. What I found ridiculous, however, was being told they don’t allow drop-offs, despite the fact that I work within walking distance of the shop. Another thing that really bothered me was the inspector giving “constructive criticism”, if you can call it that, to another younger coworker while in front of clients. That is just not professional. Next, when they finally got to my car for inspection, apparently while pulling my car forward, the brakes made a light squeaking noise. I was then pulled aside and told that this was an automatic inspection failure as it meant they were low. The inspector then tried to upsell me on brakes and when I questioned if they were actually low or if it was dirt, the inspector informed me that she was not obligated to actually inspect the brakes underneath the car to determine whether they were worn, low, or simply making noise from dirt/debris on the rotor. After waiting around 30 minutes, I was essentially being told I needed brakes based on the fact that they squeaked once. I drove the car around the lot afterward and couldn’t get them to squeak again. At that point, it felt less like a legitimate inspection and more like an attempt to sell me a brake job. I wasn’t willing to pay for something based on that kind of diagnosis, so I left. There was also a separate issue involving my wife. She called ahead and was told that they could take her in and the inspector would be there, she said 30 minutes but arrived roughly 15 minutes later, only to be told that “the inspector had already left”. So apparently the information given over the phone isn’t particularly reliable either. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. Between the inconsistent communication, the treatment of customers, and the way the inspection was handled, I wouldn’t trust this location with my vehicle. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else
