I stopped by today for a state inspection (Thursday at roughly 1:30pm) and I was in/out before I could even blink. I regret that I didn't catch her name, but the lady working there was a super hard worker, never mind the scorching heat. She was the only female there. She was working the front desk and ran out to the parking lot to greet me. She gave me clear instructions to pull around the back and she met me at the back of the garage. She had me run through my lights and wipers, then she finished my inspection while I waited inside. I had only been sitting in the lobby for what seemed like no time at all before she walked back inside to check me out at the front desk. Super quick, efficient, and painless state inspection. She deserves a raise!

We had been bringing our vehicles to this location for almost two years and always had a great relationship with the staff. The guys and girls were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, everything changed after one particular employee recently started working here. We are in the automotive business and regularly bring vehicles here for oil changes. Almost immediately, we started having problems with this employee. First, they had previously changed the oil on one of our vehicles. When we brought the same car back for its next oil change, this employee refused to service it, claiming the drain plug threads were stripped and the entire oil pan needed replacement. When I pointed out that their shop performed the previous oil change, he insisted it wasn't their fault and claimed the threads simply failed because of the vehicle's age. The interesting part? The threads weren't stripped. I changed the oil myself afterward, installed the drain plug normally, and specifically checked for leaks. It tightened and sealed properly with ZERO leakage. The oil pan did not need replacement. The next problem is much more serious. We sometimes bring vehicles purchased by an out-of-state dealership here for an oil change before transporting them to the dealership. They temporarily use the same Alabama dealer plate. A dealer plate belongs to the dealership and is not permanently assigned to one vehicle. This employee apparently entered the dealer plate into their system as permanently belonging to one Mitsubishi. Two completely different vehicles later came in displaying the same dealer plate, and their oil changes were recorded as if they were the Mitsubishi. The Mitsubishi had approximately 122,000 miles. Another vehicle had approximately 77,000. After servicing the 77,000-mile vehicle, they actually printed its next oil change at approximately 125,000 miles because their system was apparently pulling information from the wrong vehicle. I showed this employee the Alabama dealer documentation and explained several times that this is a transferable dealer plate. I simply asked him to identify the vehicles by VIN and correct their records. Instead, he started arguing about dealer plate laws, insisted the plate was permanently registered to the Mitsubishi, accused me of using it illegally, and claimed my Alabama dealer documentation essentially meant nothing in North Carolina. When he runs out of arguments, his response always seems to become some variation of “I've been doing this for five years.” I've been in the automotive business for more than ten years, but that's beside the point. I wasn't asking for his legal opinion. I was asking them to correctly identify the vehicles they serviced and maintain accurate mileage and service records. Instead of correcting the problem and having a professional conversation, he eventually told me he would no longer service our vehicles. I hope the owner of this location sees this review. For almost two years, we had ZERO issues here. We knew the staff, trusted them, had friendly relationships with them, and were happy customers. The problems started almost immediately after this particular employee arrived. One employee has managed to turn a long-term customer into someone who no longer feels comfortable bringing vehicles here. Even more concerning, incorrectly associating mileage and service records with the wrong vehicles can create serious vehicle-history problems. I strongly encourage the owner to look into what has been happening at this location recently and specifically how this employee handles customers, basic service issues, and vehicle records.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Please don’t step foot in this place unless you want your vehicle damaged. Look at the other recent reviews of how people vehicles were damaged from a simple oil change. We went in for an oil change and left with almost $1000 worth of damage. The worst part the technicians said the car came in that way. I couldn’t believe it. The general manager checked the camera and said we were right and cooperate said they still won’t pay. This place needs to be shut down. The technicians aren’t skilled to do basic oil changes. Now we have to go to small claims court. Don’t do it! Find somewhere else!!!!!
