  I had an absolute amazing experience here! Cory is amazing and very knowledgeable when it comes to working on your car. If I had any questions, he was able to answer without hesitation! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Service was fast and reliable. Will definitely be coming back.

  I visited the Grease Monkey location on Chapel Hill Road in Morrisville for an oil and filter service on my Mercedes-Benz GLC 300. After pulling my vehicle into the bay, the technician removed the oil cap and then discovered they did not have the correct oil or filter needed to perform the service. My vehicle was returned to me, and I left the location. A few miles later, I noticed the vehicle was idling rough and driving abnormally. After stopping to inspect the engine, I discovered the oil cap was missing. When I called the Morrisville location, the employee who answered immediately recognized the seriousness of the situation and transferred me to the technician, who instructed me to drive to another Grease Monkey location in Cary. The Cary team discovered engine oil throughout the engine compartment and eventually found the missing oil cap lodged inside the engine bay. They cleaned the engine, completed the oil change, and inspected the vehicle. My concern is not simply that a mistake was made. Mistakes happen. My concern is that a vehicle was released after a technician removed a critical engine component and failed to ensure it was properly reinstalled before returning the vehicle to the customer. Given the potential risk of engine damage, this was a serious oversight.

  This business runs scams. Don’t fall for it. I have a 2015 Mercedes C300 4Matic. I called for a price of a full synthetic oil change with filter. The person on the phone looked it up in their system and quoted me $89. 10 minutes later ai arrive and tell the attendant what I am there for. She pulls out a laminated sheet of paper and says because it’s a European car, the cost is $149. I explain that I literally just got off the phone with them. She says it must be a technician and he doesn’t know prices but because he quoted me, she will give me the Manager Special of $20 off. I couldn’t drive away fast enough and you shouldn’t either. I wonder how many people show up and just pay it? Beware.

  I usually come here every year for my NC state inspection but this was my first time being helped by Gabby who was incredible. She took the time to explain some small issues with my car that would’ve failed my inspection and also explained and showed me some stuff to look out for in the future. I usually dislike going to any mechanic or auto shop because I am never explained what anything is in any detail but Gabby really helped me to not feel out of the loop. Definitely hoping I can see her again next time!
