  The Alamo Car Rental location at Raleigh Durham Airport was fantastic! The shuttle drivers were pleasant and helpful. The counter line was long but the 4 individuals behind the counter processed customers quickly such that it took less than 20 minutes to have our vehicle. The minivan was clean, filled with gas and performed with no issues. The return was straightforward with the vehicle evaluated and “cleared” quickly. I will continue to use Alamo, which is not my attitude toward a few of their competitors in the rental car business.

  Flew into Raleigh-Durham Airport, there was an Alamo shuttle right there outside with a very friendly, helpful driver. Real quick ride to the counter where another very friendly, helpful gentleman processed me into a car in a matter of minutes. Car was clean, well-maintained. Had a great experience with the car, then the return process was so easy and smooth by a number of lovely, helpful employees, then another quick ride on the shuttle by a friendly, helpful driver. Everything about this experience was top notch.

  Absolutely spectacular rental. I haven't used Alamo in a while, and now we'll continue to use them more and more. The car was brought around very quickly, as promised. We rented a van for the whole week, and it was in immaculate condition. We had a family reunion, and unfortunately a family member backed into the car, creating a collision issue. There was no major damage, but it still created a situation, and I have to tell you, reporting that issue went extremely smoothly. All was taken care of by texting, and my checkout process was super fast because we had a plane early in the morning. Highly recommend Alamo.

  The shuttle from RDU came much faster than I expected. Which was good because it was hot, hot, hot outside! When we arrived to pick up our rental there was a long line but when I say the staff moved efficiently and quickly. What we thought was going to be a long wait lasted only a few minutes. The staff was professional and explained everything. I appreciated them apologizing for the wait. They were all smiles and laughs. Special shout out to the manager from NYC. Knicks in 5! And the small touch of cold water while we got our car was thoughtful and appreciate ld. The car was spotless. The droff off process was just as seamless. Alamo your RDU staff is on point!! Do right by them.

  My daughter goes to college in North Carolina. We fly into Raleigh (RDU) several times a year. I decided to try Alamo the last time and it was fantastic. This time was just ok. We ended up bringing a few more suitcases than we originally thought. I asked the girl at the desk what car she was going to give me because of the extra luggage. She was short with me. I asked what other options I had and she told me that the only car left in the lot was a minivan. I asked her if I could check out the cars available on the other side of the lot. Turns out that there were several different options for me to choose from and I did pay for an upgrade in my reservation. She was just rude for now reason whatsoever. The girl working the lot was a young bubbly energetic associate. She and my daughter talked, come to find out she lives in the university town my daughter attends school. She suggested a car that had lots of room for all the luggage and we were off. The car itself was perfect for the trip, but was not super clean inside, but it wasn’t bad. The girl in the lot saved this review. I will be renting from Alamo at the RDU airport again.
