Went in to have my battery changed with him shortly after the call and he provided exceptional service, answering all my questions in easily understood terms with a warm, friendly attitude and of course replacing my auto battery for me. Russ is excellent.

While I was waiting, Russ was dealing with another customer who seemed like was in a rush and was not being polite. Russ dealt with him very professionally and with more kindness than he deserved! When Russ started helping me, he asked me what i needed, helped me pick the right option that met my needs, and was kind enough to help me remove the old wipers and then install the new wiper blades on my car; he was very patient and even took the time to teach me and help me install one of the blades! He was proactive and asked me about getting some wiper fluid for my car as well! My interaction with Russ at the store was really nice! He was kind, patient, polite and I’ll go out of my way to shop at this store so I can have Russ help me in the future 😊

What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.
How much does a car battery cost?

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
