Asked if the wipers are working well, changed the engine air filter and cabin air filter all within just a few minutes- this is the first shop that took the time to change the cabin filter- I am extremely grateful for that alone. Lee and the team here really show great customer service abilities and ensure expectations are met to satisfy customers. I will be taking my vehicles here from now on!
- ABAverage BroAug 9, 20261.0Didn’t put all the bolts and bushings back on that hold the factory skid plates on. It rattled terribly soon after leaving from getting an oil change. I crawled up under the truck and realized the front and middle skid plates were loose because they hadn’t bolted them back on. I didn’t go back because I don’t trust them to touch my truck again. I’ll have to order the missing bolts and bushings now. Will never be back and won’t bring any more of my family or work vehicles here again.
- SSScott SaulmonJul 27, 20261.0Well usually check everything transmissions fluid, air tires he asked said well usually 42 but didn't do they basically just changed oil and hopefully filter because didn't look. I don't know just cause half off special and busy they were not definitely up to par. I don't play golf but had to use. I used to like going there Manager good but idk now on others.
