People were very friendly and checked the tire pressure and other checks in the car to be sure everything was working. They are always helpful

The three guys were totally awesome! Very respectful when they had to repeat themselves, I have hearing loss and miss things. I was asked concise questions and was allowed to make choices with clear explanations. They really made my day! I will definitely be sending more business their way!!

This is a great shop to come to. Since they took over the service is much faster. I feel there is a higher level of quality in the work and parts now. The first thing they did is clean and paint the inside and outside of the shop. The shop has been kept clean since they took over. Today I had a small 5 minute wait to get my motorhome inspected so they could finish inspecting the car that was in the bay as I pulled in.He gave me a small bottle of cold water. That was so nice on a hot day. They hired a good staff, that knows what to do. When they took over they installed safety netting over the bays in the floor for the oil change pits so no one could accidentally fall in if a vehicle was not over oil change pit getting an oil change. I could tell these guys are pros and care about safety. They do great work and provide me with great customer service. We are very lucky they choose Morganton to set up a shop. I trust them to take care of our vehicles. And these guys are really nice and good people. I recommend them to everyone for great service work.

The people who serviced my oil change, went beyond my expectations. Even explained to me of some issues with my vehicle and serviced the main priority for me. Great job guys and it didn't go unnoticed. Thanks again. 100 % suggest their services
