  Awesome customer service, very accommodating, surprisingly quick to order the tires I needed, had them available the next day to be installed. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. I will be returning for future services.

  Had the valve cover gasket replaced on my altima and they did an excellent job. Been taking both vehicles there for 5 years now and always get the best service!

  Omg This was a wonderful experience for us. We were traveling from Greensboro to Rutherfordton NC. Tire monitor screaming fast leak from our Airstream's front tire. They got us in and out quickly One of the employees also has a basset hound like us I knew we were in good hands! We thank your company very much for your kindness!

  I’m truly grateful for the service I had done on my Toyota Rav 4 a few days ago at Mr Tire. I had the car serviced and additionally, they rotated my tires and did a front end alignment as well. The team did a great job!

  To start with customer service was horrible at front deck. The woman Sarah was disrespectful and snappy just very rude tell us that she had rebuilt car from nothing and pretty much told us we didn’t know what we were talking about. And to go back in the shop, the mechanic started off with a smart comment about if we watched him that it was going to cost us triple. Then when he saw that we didn’t find that amusing him(Chris) and another guy start talking about us where we couldn’t hear everything but enough to know they were talking about us. Now to the work went in for an alignment the mechanic Chris said that the truck being load was not going to be correct to align told us he needed to be empty After I called the Ford place and talk to them then it’s a service truck. The weight actually helps the alignment but beside the point. He proceeded to try to align the truck. Clearly you could tell he didn’t know what he was doing and finally when I got the truck I pay and go to get my truck. The steering wheel is turned 180° to the side when the truck is going straight. The truck will not re-center when you turn on it Contacted them they told me that I told you that the truck was loaded. It needed to be empty. I proceeded to show them what the And I was told that I didn’t know what I was talking about that if I wanted, it changed that I had to come back Monday and this is on Friday Long story short I had to call the corporate office to get my refund and then I had to go somewhere else else to get the align And only took the guys 30 minutes at Alray Tire, which is a good place to go my So my experience with this place was horrible never will go back and I’m telling everybody that I know not to go there
