  I came in today because I had to slow leak in my driver side tire. But while I was there I asked if they did inspections and they did. Upon inspecting my tire they found out it was just my air valve that they needed to change. And my inspection required that I get new windshield wiper blades. John and Nate were very helpful and professional. All in all a good experience. That did not end up costing me an arm and a leg. 😁

  I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Mavis team in Morganton! My tire pressure light came on Sunday morning just before I was about to start a 4.5-hour drive, and thankfully, they were open and willing to help. The team was incredibly kind, thorough, and genuinely concerned about making sure my vehicle was safe before I got back on the road. They took the time to check everything carefully and gave me complete peace of mind for the journey ahead. Customer service of this caliber is rare these days, and I truly appreciated the care they showed me. I highly recommend Mavis for all of your tire needs if you’re in the Morganton area. Thank you for helping make a stressful situation so much easier!

  I went there with a nail in my tire. It was the 2nd nail in 2 weeks so I asked them to check all my tires. Also keep in mind they talked me into a balance and rotate which I paid extra for. When I left my tire light was still on. I went back immediately and without checking my tires they said it needs to be driven some before the light will reset. Went back 2 days later because the light was still on. They checked the tires and there was another nail in a different tire, which when they put air in that tire the light immediately went out, so obviously that was the issue all along. They immediately tried to say I probably picked it up since I was last there, instead of accepting and apologizing for not doing their job. They then seemed to expect me to be grateful for them repairing that tire for free. Considering I paid for a balance and rotate they obviously did not do, and they did not do what I specifically asked them to do not really feeling grateful.
