- LLLisa LaneApr 20, 20261.0They do not want to help you and they charged for a lot of extra warranties that they will not honor. They do not want to take any extra effort to help you. Plus the jack up the price of tires more than most tire places for same tire. Then they claim they are not able to deal with any other tire company even thoughh there website says they sale other brands, they try to sale you the mavis brand tires and not honnor any warranty. I bought 75,000 mile warranty tires that had issues after only 20000 miles! They would not help me but found a great little tire shop that helped me get 4 new tires with my exsiting bfgoodrich warranty. Don't trust Mavis shop around . Ive learned my lesson!!
