  I went to the shop to replace the alternator. They found out that my water pomp was leaking (I suspected that also). They were very nice and told me that the better thing to do is going home because it takes a long time to do this repair. As I didn’t have another transportation way, they drove me home and picked me up the next day to have my car back.

  I got a tiny piece of metal in my tire which obviously went in however when I asked for a simple patch he said the whole tire needed to be changed i did not believe that was necessary because it did not go in deep and the hole was small. after that he told me that my other front tire was bald which is nonsense because that tire was new as in i got it a week ago. I do not appreciate being scammed nor being lied to it was ridiculous and i believe they took advantage as they saw it was just girls. this is absurd because there’s no reason to be doing that it is in my opinion a horrible place do not go

  Was all packed up to return home (Wallburg,NC). Had my windows down and put ‘er in Drive. Heard something out of the ordinary. Stopped in less than a quarter of a mile and found out that I needed help, FAST and had no idea of where to go!! My brother was still in area and came back to help me find MR. TIRE auto service center!! Once my brother left (had somewhere else to be), I was now there alone. Let me tell you, THOSE GUYS were so NICE, FRIENDLY, and ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS!! The older gentleman (name?) that helped Logan fix my tire, even went to the supply room, got the piece and brought it out to show me what was used to fix my tire!! Seems like most workers would’ve just explained what the piece looked like!! I’m sure they put up with a lot of troubles and probably get frustrated, but, the older gentleman, Logan, and the gentleman that told me the amount due, were ALL NICE MEN!! IF YOU NEED HELP, in VISIT MR.TIRE AUTO SERVICE CENTER. I’m so, so glad that’s the place I went to!!

  Great experience, they were very professional, got in and in a little over 1 hour. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of tires or auto service!

  Good folks at this location. No wait and they loaded the spare tire into my vehicle. Only annoying thing is their call center is overseas so a simple appointment change takes much longer and they have to repeat everything back to you.
