  Scammers!!! I took my car in bc it had a belt screaming at me. I asked them to run a diagnostic before replacing and to give me a call. They called me and said my FUEL PUMP needed to be replaced, that IT was making the noise and that it would be $1200 to fix. I declined saying I would replace it myself. I did. And my car got worse. I immediately took it to a second mechanic who told me it was my pulley system making the noise and an engine coil causing my issues. The whole thing cost me $200. Mr. Tire tried to take advantage bc I'm a women and they thought I wouldn't know better and I wouldn't question. They cost me a month of not having my car, bumming rides to work every day, the cost of the fuel pump I replaced that was completely unnecessary, not to mention the $120 they charged me for a FALSE DIAGNOSTIC!!! This place is awful

  I was out of town and had a flat tire. There was a hole in the side wall so I had to get a new tire. I had to wait for the new tire to be installed. I expected to have a long wait as I didn't have an appointment, but they took me right away and I had a very short wait. I would certainly recommend Mr. Tire.

  I had the easiest appointment i could get 7:30am. I arrived 15mins early. Another car was taken before me, that was the first thing that happened. After waiting to get checked in I was told the employee called in sick there was another employee on his way but he wouldn't be there till 8am (I should have left). The employee gets there at 8:03 took my car in so I wait...... At 9am they told me I needed a battery, new tires, and coolant. I only came to get my oil changed. I didn't get out till 9:30 two hours after my appointment. I will not be going back. I was charged $140 for my oil change.
