  Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a loyal Dodge customer for many years and have dealt with Dodge dealerships and service departments in several different states. Unfortunately, this particular dealership—specifically my experience with Jordan in the service department—has provided the poorest level of customer service I have encountered. The communication, professionalism, and overall handling of my service needs have been extremely disappointing and far below the standard I have come to expect from Dodge. After many years of loyalty to the brand, I expected a much better customer experience, especially from a dealership representing Dodge.

  Mike Toler has had our brand new truck since March 23,2026. We have not been compensated an equal like truck to use while they are still trying to figure out what is wrong with ours as they told us they would. We were unable to put our boat in the water ( we live at the beach for goodness sake's) pull our camper, pull our companies trailers for work and we had to cancel our yearly vacation to Florida! Mike Toler could at least give us a truck to put our boat in the water and use our camper.... summer is almost over and we have missed out on the activities we love because of this! This is unacceptable! Just wanted to let the hard working folks of Carteret County know how we have been treated after purchasing an $80,000 truck.

  Mr Toler went above and beyond to help me get in my 2022 Rubicon. Jason, the service manager makes sure everyone’s vehicle is treated as priority. Jordan, Zach and Larry in service are all a breeze to work with. Go see them for your next purchase or any vehicle service needed!

  My husband and I had our check engine light come on our 2018 jeep. This dealership went out and beyond to help us . We were on vacation and they were so helpful. Zach was so kind and explained every thing to us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

  We could not have asked for better service. This is the third vehicle we've purchased from this dealership. As before they, and specifically, "KC" exceeded our expectations. This was a special order and KC worked with us -- from out of state -- to not only get exactly what we wanted, but at a price point we found acceptable. The vehicle arrived sooner than expected, and the delivery process was quick, easy, and accommodating. If you're in the market for a vehicle they sell, highly recommend them and seek out KC as your sales rep.
