  Great experience at Beach CDJR (formerly Mike Tolar). I worked w salesperson Marlin who was excellent to work with me as I explored a couple different truck options. The team also did an assessment of my trade in and the offer price was right in line with my research. I’m quite detailed w a finance background and Marlin was patient w all my detail questions and either had the answer immediately or quickly researched it to get me an accurate answer. Lastly, the final stage working w the finance employee was well organized and completed quickly. I highly recommend Beach CDJR m!

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Mike Toler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. My truck needed extensive service and ended up being at the dealership for almost two months. While that may sound like a long time, Zach, my service advisor, made the entire process as stress-free as possible. Zach was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. He kept me updated, answered my questions, explained what was happening, and never left me wondering what was going on with my truck. His communication and customer service were outstanding, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about getting my vehicle taken care of the right way. The level of service I received from Mike Toler was well worth the hour drive. I will absolutely continue bringing my vehicle here for service in the future. When you find a dealership and service advisor you can trust, the drive is more than worth it. A huge thank you to Zach and the entire Mike Toler team for taking care of me and my truck. You’ve earned a customer for life!

  Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Mike Toler Jeep! Marlin, Mark, and Raven were fantastic from start to finish and made the whole process of putting me in my dream Grand Wagoneer L so easy. No pressure, no runaround… just good people who made buying a car enjoyable. We’ve been longtime customers of Lookout Ford right across the street, so knowing Mike Toler is now part of the same family makes this purchase even better. We love being able to support a locally owned business and people who genuinely care about their customers and community. I absolutely LOVE my new Grand Wagoneer L and couldn’t be happier with how everything came together. Huge thank you to Marlin, Mark, and Raven for taking such good care of us.   Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a loyal Dodge customer for many years and have dealt with Dodge dealerships and service departments in several different states. Unfortunately, this particular dealership—specifically my experience with Jordan in the service department—has provided the poorest level of customer service I have encountered. The communication, professionalism, and overall handling of my service needs have been extremely disappointing and far below the standard I have come to expect from Dodge. After many years of loyalty to the brand, I expected a much better customer experience, especially from a dealership representing Dodge.
