  took 2.5 hours for an oil change and inspection. left bugs and dirt in my passenger seat and glove compartment. glove compartment is now damaged and just drops open. tire pressure light turned on as i left the parking lot. when i returned to have things fixed, i was greeted with an attitude by the mechanic.

  If you can feel at home at a car service shop this is definitely the place! And JOYCE absolutely makes sure this happens! My 12 year old son and I had the best time here to where he has already asked when can we go back!

  Absolutely ridiculous experience with Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center. My elderly dad went in asking for ONE thing: a quote to fix a rear brake/caliper issue that we had already diagnosed ourselves. Instead, they charged a $69 “diagnostic fee” and decided to inspect ALL the brakes, which was never requested in the first place. Then they came back with a quote of nearly $1,000 to fix it. We checked the exact same parts ourselves at Advance Auto Parts and O’Reilly Auto Parts, and the parts totaled around $300. So apparently they expected us to pay roughly $700 in labor for a ONE tire brake job, which is absolutely insane. To make matters worse, after we declined the outrageous quote, the lug nuts had been tightened down so excessively that we had to go buy additional tools just to break them loose. That felt incredibly petty and unprofessional. If someone asks for a quote on one issue, maybe stick to what was actually requested instead of adding unnecessary inspections and inflated charges. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
