  DONT BUY FROM HERE! they pulled my credit WITHOUT ME BEING THERE! I signed a paper for them to pull my credit only for a 2026 forester then, After i had left the dealership I get a phone call about a car that they suggested to me that I didn’t even see in person it was a 2022 Chevy equinox. So why are you guys pulling my credit without my permission on a car I didn’t even see? Came here just to look at cars and see what I could fit in and tried telling the salesman that I was just looking because I haven’t made up my mind. But before I knew it we were in their office talking numbers and after they didn’t like that I couldn’t afford a 2026 they made me feel like I was looked down upon because I couldn’t afford “their price” when I was only there to look. Terrible customer service and left there feeling terrible about my financial situation. I took my business to another dealership and I was able to get the car that I wanted on my own. If they had good customer service skills maybe they would have gotten my sale… stay FAR AWAY

  Just had a great experience purchasing a Forester at Randy Marion. Jason Spruill is an exceptional sales professional. Very informative and helpful. He answered all my questions, gave me demonstrations of the vehicle’s features, and there was no pressure at all to buy. All interactions were very casual and friendly. When I decided to buy, he even arranged to get the car for me from another dealership because he didn’t have the color we chose on the lot. The whole transaction was wrapped up in a couple of days. Big difference from my experience at other dealerships. If you”re in the market, I highly recommend visiting Randy Marion in Mooresville, NC and asking for Jason.

  I have been buying Subarus from Marshal McCarty and Randy Marion Subaru in Mooresville for at least 15 years. I, that time, my wife and I have had 3 Outbacks, 2 Legacy sedans, and we just picked a our second Ascent. The math is pretty simple. They are the best.

  Dropped my car off on Monday evening for a 7:30am appointment Tuesday morning. It was scheduled for tires and brakes and an oil change. I also wrote on the card what exactly was to be done. I was told this would be a 3 hour job. Late Tuesday afternoon we were called and told the wrong tires were ordered! So they said I could drive back down for a loaner vehicle. And we did that. We were then not called till after 3:00 on Wednesday afternoon saying my vehicle was done. We got there and as they were going over the bill we noticed that the oil change was not done. We questioned them about it and of course they said we are sorry it must have been overlooked! They then told us they could do it but it would be the next day! Ummm NO THANKS one more trip back to Mooresville! Little to say unless I have an issue with my tires I WILL NOT BE BACK!
