Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Aaron Rourk helped me in my new purchase. He was very informative and answered questions I don’t even know I had. This is a very well run establishment. Everyone seems happy to be there. That says a lot about a business.

Our salesman Frank Tilghman was great. He took is time helping find our car without trying to pressure us. We arrived about 45 minutes before closing and he stayed late to finish the purchase.
There where only 2 issues during the whole transaction. The worst of which was with the Business Manager Jacob Ritz. He was nice when we first entered his just seemed to be in a hurry we kinda understood it was already past time for them to close. So he wanted to get the paperwork done eg our car title and a couple of other papers before moving on to the Doc u sign screen. But before that he wanted to explain thr extend warranty. He took a piece of paper and made 2 columns one the ECM,TCM and another control module the other column had the Engine, Transmission and another part of the PowerTrain. The he explains that the first column is covered under the 3yr/36k warranty and the 2nd is covered under the 7yr/100k CPO. Alright that sounds good, but here comes the pitch for the extend warranty. He tries to tell us that the ECM is located inside the engine and the TCM is inside of the Transmission and that all new Subaru's only have one wiring harness. He said that if the ECM or TCM went bad we would have to replace the engine or transmission. When I tried to explain to my this wasn't correct he flat told us I was wrong. That was just about time to get up and walk out. But we had already signed our tilted. Lesson learned on that. We finished the purchase and didn't buy the extended warranty. So if you plan on buying a car here watch out for Jacob Ritz he is a very anger person that likes to lie.
The only other problem we had was when we signed the CPO paperwork it said there where to key fobs for the car. When we asked for the other fob we where told there was only one.So before you sign the CPO paperwork you might want to do the 152 point inspection yourself. Or you might have to spend another $400.00 or $500.00 for a key fob.
Wish I could have gave a better review. But I expected more from a Randy Marion dealership.

I am now on my second Forrester from Randy Marion Subaru. I’ve had a great experience both times at this dealership and had the pleasure of working with Frank on both vehicles - thank you Frank!
I had a really tight turn around on needing to get a vehicle that was not yet on lot, and their team did a phenomenal job making sure that it could arrive in time. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek from Randy Marion Subaru. My salesperson, Gabe Williams, was outstanding from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. Gabe listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions clearly, and worked hard to make the entire buying process easy and comfortable.
I especially appreciated Gabe’s professionalism, honesty, and straightforward communication. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but he made it an enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a Subaru, I highly recommend asking for Gabe Williams. He truly earned this five-star review!

I feel taken advantage of and regret my purchase GREATLY. I fear I am trapped. I also have been unable to even successfully reach someone TRYING to help, let alone actually capable or willing to find the solution. (which is very simple, but requires care and integrity)
1. I have to let the car idle often after taking turns or it wont shift into second gear. So taking a turn at a red light often involves turning my emergency flashers on and stopping on the side of the road ro stop the engine from feeling to 7k RPM in first gear..
2. The screen that controls the AC and everything else in the car is frozen (while 100 degrees in NC August) Tough on a newborn baby right?
To make things much much worse, the service dept guy is telling me I should learn how to disconnected my battery so I can reset my car's interface or "he can't help me." I can't wait to do that once a week so I can use the radio and air conditioning..
Every time you need to call them in hopes of finding an actual person who cares to help you, you have to listen to his daughter talk about how "twenty something years ago my dAd ToOk a bEt On HiMsElflF..." BRAGGING ABOUT THE SUCCESS of the guy taking advantage of you. Meanwhile, you won't get help and will have to call again and hear that nonsense again. gross and shady..
I have made 4 payments.. had two major issues.. and had ZERO help from anyone there. Just them telling me how good the car must be and how successful Randy Marion is.
