Everyone at Randy Marion Subaru made me feel like a valued customer. My sales person Kevin was very knowledgeable about Subarus and so kind when helping me with my decision whether to purchase or not. I am beyond thrilled with my new vehicle and so happy I purchased from Randy Marion Subaru. Also the finance person Kelsey(?) was so helpful and not at all pushy when making decisions for my new vehicle.

I've have been a customer of many different automible dealerships over the past 60 years of purchasing new cars. The experience dealing with Randy Marion is and has been the absolute best. This is my seventh Subaru and second purchased at the Randy Marion Dealership. I especially want to thank Frank Tilghman for his assistance and patience with the process of purchasing the 2026 Outback.

Our salesman, Frank, was the most patient and understanding of what my expectations and demands were for this auto. He knew from the very beginning that I was not going to come into the dealership and Ying and yang and go back-and-forth and back-and-forth. I told him from the very first five minutes of our meeting, I wanted an out the door price no add-ons no nothing at the finance table just what is the price of the car. At all times during our negotiations that’s how we did it. He would give me a price I would give him a prize, and once we finally agreed upon a prize, it was a very, very easy process to complete the purchase of the car. I’ve never had a better experience on buying cars ever before.
Really impressed with my overall experience at Randy Marion and specifically working with Jason. I had called around to get some OTD pricing on the 26 Outbacks. The color and interior I wanted was a bit unique, but when I talked with Jason, he was happy to find one at a dealership a few hours away. They had it driven over to Randy Marion at no extra cost. The OTD price is exactly what they offered me in the dealership. Literally night and day from my past experiences purchasing a new vehicle. I asked about window tinting and they even had it tinted the morning it was dropped off. The only upsell they asked about was coverage, which is 100% expected, but when I said I wasn't interested, there was no pressure. They asked if I didn't mind telling them why, but I simply said "I'm good" and they didn't push at all. Jason was attentive, had no problem letting me go on a test drive and kept me up to date via text on the delivery. There was zero hassle or surprises and I walked out the door in maybe an hour (including the test drive!). If you're out there looking for a new Subaru, can't recommend them enough. Ask for Jason Spruill if you're looking for a kind, attentive and knowledgable salesman who isn't pushy. Again, can't recommend enough. A HUGE thank you for making my transition to the area as seamless as it could be.
