So my story is one of twists and turns that in the end ends on a positive. So when I first looked into buying a used car with Randy Marion Chevy Cadillac in Mooresville and I was told the car I was looking into would be on site for me to come see the next day when I got out of work. However when I arrived the salesperson I had been speaking with had left for the day and actually wound up leaving the company and the car I was expecting to be there was in fact at another location being serviced. Jake a newer salesman with the company stepped in and took me to the other location so I could look at the vehicle though it was not able to be test driven or anything that day I made the decision to come back the next day to the mooresville location were I was able to then test drive the vehicle and moved forward with the purchase with some concerns but much optimism that this would work out for the best. Unfortunately it did end up taking a turn for the worst 6 days after I got my vehicle as it wound up in service and sat there for over two weeks. Now the service department absolutely needs some help in contacting and updating costumers on their repair process and when they don't make the date they said they would for repairs reaching out to advise. Service almost brought this to a 3 star review if not for Jake (who has since left) and Avery who stepped in to help with the concerns I had and made sure they were taken care of. And when you have a issue is that not the type of sales manager you want in your corner? For the picking up of messes that were not their own and stepping in to help handle concerns is ultimately what brought me back to 5 stars here. As much as the service department has room to improve it is great to know when the chips are down you will have someone in your corner so I definitely recommend buying your next car with Avery or anyone on his team because he will make sure you are taken care of. Service do better next time please!

My wife and I went in to test drive a used car that we found online. We had a great experience, and ended up purchasing the vehicle! David Sherrill was excellent, making sure that we were comfortable throughout the process and being transparent and helpful throughout negotiations. From setting the appointment all the way through financing, everyone at this dealership was courteous and considerate of our time. Thank you all for your hard work!

as always the convience of getting my oil changed and tires rotated at a local dealer is great -- my concerns are, 1. the time to get a simple oil change seemed to long -- 2. my tire rotation was done but, not as the service receipt had shown, no pressure change - fromt at 70 and rear at 57 (same as was in the tiresbefore they had been retated). my concern is the check list given is not correct and suspect to be rubber stamped and not actually checked --

JOSH BLANCO and HARRY COLLINS made this my best car purchasing experience ever. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable but the best part was the way they presented themselves as Christians . I've never had such a wonderful experience and will be looking forward to shopping with them and Randy Marion for future automotive needs. It speaks greatly of the dealership when he has men of this magnitude working for him. I would gladly recommend these men and dealership to anyone who is car shopping!!!

I cannot say enough good things about my purchase experience at Randy Marion Chevrolet! From the moment I walked in, the entire team went above and beyond to make my wife Nicole and me feel like valued customers instead of just another sale.
My salesman Zach was an absolute rock star — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to help us find the perfect truck. He answered every question (and we had a lot!) with zero pressure and total transparency. When we needed to talk numbers, his sales manager Bryson jumped right in and made sure everything was fair, straightforward, and exactly what we were looking for.
