Very disappointed in my experience with this location. On 5/23/26 I filled out all of my paperwork and signed off on the vehicle I was purchasing. On 5/25 I arrived to the location with check in hand only for my salesperson to tell me he couldn’t locate the vehicle. The manager then came to inform me that another salesperson gave my vehicle to another customer as a loaner. They then said they would clean it and deliver it to my home the next day. I received the car on 5/26. Within 4 days of having the vehicle I had to jumpstart it more than 4 times. On 6/6 I took the car back to Randy Marion they originally said it was the battery and they would install a new one. Long story short it wasn’t the battery it was an electrical issue As of 6/29 I still don’t have the vehicle back. The service advisor Danny Bonnell is horrible with communication. Instead of picking of the phone and calling he sends text that doesn’t make any sense. One day it’s the part will take 2 weeks to get here. The very next day he will send a text and say the car is ready for pick up. When I called my car was not ready for pick up. 2 days later I get a text from Danny Bonnell that’s asking me how were the repairs on my vehicle. Then 2 hours later he introduces himself again and said the parts is being ordered today 6/29. Purchasing a vehicle Randy Marion- Mooresville has been a complete nightmare!

Me and my wife just purchased a pre-owned Toyota 4Runner this week. Andy was our sales representative who made this one of the most easy and fun car buying experiences ever. Jerni also made our experience in the finance office just as fun and easy. Both of these automotive professionals deserve a 5-star review because good people like these help make Randy Marion a 5-star dealership! We would not hesitate to buy from Andy & Jerni again in the future!

This is the second time we had the transmission replaced on our service truck. Concerning, we brought this truck new.
People buy from People. The way Mr. Goertzen and his team treated us, kept us informed, and went beyond the transmission replacement.... deeper than the bowtie.
Transmissions, engines, parts, pieces don't last forever, the way we were treated...that is what the bowtie represents.

Inquired if a truck I was interested in was still available. A salesman called, got pics and info on my trade in to get a value so I wouldn't make a 100 mile trip for nothing. Set up appointment to see the truck the next morning. Got there , the salesman was with another customer . I waited 30 minutes to find out the truck had been sold the night before (probably before I checked on it) and the salesman was just trying to get me in to sell me something else. I wasted 4 hours and 12 gallons of gas for nothing. Just a note that my present truck was purchased at Randy Marion Chevy in Statesville. They were fine except for the usual hard sell on extended warrantees. I would not recommend Randy Marion in Mooresville. At least not the used car lot.
