  Can't say enough about the quality of service I received here. Chris Tran at Cadillac gave me the best deal he possibly could on my new 2026 Colorado. His patience and willingness to show all the options available to me had me leaving both satisfied with my purchase, as well as the deal I received. I would recommend anyone that is worried about the "Dealership experience" to come and buy a car here.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge shoutout to Trey Brown and the service department at Randy Marion Chevrolet and Cadillac! I was six hours from home when my truck threw a DEF system code. They worked me right in, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and were prepared to have my truck ready the very next day. I ultimately decided to chance it and thankfully made it back home, but I can’t thank Trey and the entire service department enough! They were extremely helpful, understanding, and accommodating. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. Hats off to Trey and the entire team! I truly appreciate everything they did and highly recommend them!

  I purchased a 2026 CT5 V from Randy Marion Cadillac a few weeks ago. We had issues with the emissions system sensor. Danny Bonnell in the service department took care of the issue and I was back on the road. Thank you Danny for your help!

  Took my Tahoe in to Randy Marion for its first service since I bought the vehicle from them in April. Everything about my service experience was outstanding! Chris Wagner was my service advisor and he was exceptionally friendly, helpful and thorough. The online appointment scheduling was convenient and very easy. I’m very happy with my vehicle and with all my interactions with the dealership. Highly recommend them!

  Alejandro helped us find and purchase the perfect Tahoe. He was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy. He made the entire process smooth and easy. He even took time to sit with us and show us how to use our new vehicle, set up On Star and how to use the MyChevy App. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a great vehicle but doesn’t want the experience to be “salesy”. He will be my go to contact going forward.
