⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ken is fantastic and truly goes above and beyond every single time I’m here. He’s old-school customer service at its best—always positive, friendly, interacting with customers, and going above and beyond any way he can. He does so much more than simply “do his job,” and his outstanding customer service deserves to be recognized!

I absolutely LOVE nascar car wash! I always leave very happy with how my car looks! As a mom of 3 my car is CONSTANTLY getting trashed - and it’s really nice to have everything I need to keep it nice! Free towels for drying your car, cleaning windows and interior, free air for tires, free glass cleaner, and Matt washing machines! Also top notch vacuums to get all the crumbs in all the spaces! I would DEFINITELY recommend checking them out! (The kiddos also have fun helping clean!!)

I would give zero stars if I could. An employee apparently signed my credit card up for a recurring monthly membership that I NEVER authorized or agreed to. The account wasn’t even linked to my name, phone number, or license plate. It took 8 months (January–August) to resolve. In August, I was finally refunded the money that had been charged. Now it’s September—and I’ve been charged AGAIN. I’ve called the business and received no response. I’ve now disputed the charge with my bank, and they can handle it from here. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. I will never return or give this business another dollar.
