Ken and Ryan made my first experience in NC a great one. My wife and I recently moved down from NY and needed some vehicle TLC. Ken was friendly, funny, and very transparent. Ryan knocked the work out fast, with professional recommendations, and had me back on the road quickly. I will bring all my vehicles to these gentlemen. 👍

I liked this place until I failed an inspection in need of new tires, no problem.
Worker at the desk immediately went into the old scam of, “These the only tires we got for your car, they $159 each…” at a tires & brakes store people…. I looked on the website in front of him and checked the inventory, he kept lying…they had more for like $75 each
So around $800 for a new set… I even said Walmart’s is half that price down the street and they were! He kept going down in price as I inched towards the door tho somehow…
So I bought them at Walmart for $400. I have never paid $800 for just tires and I used to have a BMW…
You lost a customer being greedy like that and I’ll be sure to tell others, ridiculous.

Went in for 4 new tires on a Nissan Versa, they got me in early before my scheduled time. The service was fast, facility was clean. Figured my TPMS warning light would go out, which it did for about a day. Shortly after my TPMS light started flashing for a minute upon starting the car and would go solid afterwards. Later that weekend I changed my brakes where I discovered they filled my tires to BETWEEN 38-49 PSI PER TIRE. I don't know HOW they allowed this to happen, but they blew out the sensor in one, maybe all, of my tires. I am beyond disappointed. I went here to avoid the lack of professionalism you get at places like Walmart, but at this point this tire change will end up costing more than anywhere else in Mooresville. I don't know if their equipment malfunctioned, a tech had a bad day, or if it was done out of vindictiveness since I turned down the brake job to do it myself, but they messed up in a big way. Never going back and I will tell anybody that will listen to skip this spot. Save your money, go anywhere else. The attractive price of their tires isn't worth it. Unreal situation.

Do not buy tires online from here. We went online and ordered 4 tires which showed discounted at $431 total with a $150 installment and balancing fee then paid $25 deposit. We were supposed to have it done at their Williamson location. We received a call to confirm and they told us they don’t have the tires there and to go to their Plaza location.
My husband drove to the Plaza location and Ken told him they didn’t have the tires even though Williamson had already communicated with them. Once it was figured out and they did have them, Ken then told him the price of the tires online weren’t correct, but he would work with him and give him a “discount”. He tried to charge us $719, my husband walked out.
This is so misleading and dishonest. We will never be using them nor referring them.
