Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

I went online and scheduled to have tires installed same day. I arrive and they checked me in. after waiting for one hour, the manager walks over and tells me they do not have the tires. I ordered online in stock. he was then willing to give me a tire that they have in stock for the same price of the tire I originally selected at $192 per tire.
Upon doing research, while I’m at the counter, trying to figure out which tire to get out of the three they actually had in stock at the store. I realized the Goodyear tire that I was going to go with as my second choice was $170 per tire. Of course he was willing to match a cheaper tire at that same price. Once, I brought it to his attention that the tire of my second choice was only $170 on the manufacturers website in many other places. He would not give me the lower price. He said the best he could do would be $185 a tire. A total of $90 more than what the actual tire sells for.
He obviously tried to take advantage of me being a female coming in to get all new tires.
May I say, the parking lot was dead there was no one there. And I still sat there For an hour before they realized they did not have my tires in stock.
Instead of getting my business, the manager gave me my keys back and told me I can go somewhere else after he said that he cannot match the $170 per tire of what the manufacturer is selling it for.
I did not ask for the tire to be any cheaper than what everywhere else is selling it for.
I was highly disappointed in the customer service and the professionalism.

I had a very disappointing experience with Mavis Tires in Mooresville. I called ahead because the tire I needed was not in stock. The representative told me they could have it delivered to the store within two hours, so I prepaid and scheduled what I believed was a same-day appointment.
After waiting the two hours and driving to the store, I was informed by Keith that my appointment had actually been scheduled for the next day and that the tire had not even arrived. Apparently, when you call the local number, the call is routed to a call center in New York, and the store staff had no knowledge of the conversation or arrangements that had been made.
To make matters worse, I had already paid for the tire and then had to spend about 15 minutes in the store while employees figured out what happened and processed a cancellation. I was then told it would take up to five days to receive my refund.
The staff in the store were polite, but the communication between the call center and the local location was clearly broken. Customers should not have to waste time, make unnecessary trips, and wait days for a refund because of internal communication issues. Very frustrating experience.

We needed 4 tires for our daughter’s ford 250 on a Sunday and we were grateful to find Mavis with reasonable prices. Sadly when I arrived they added many additional costs that should have been made clear when I called for pricing. Ken was very helpful and accommodating. I waited 2.5 hours and when I went to pay they told me they could not do the alignment bc her truck was long. When I went home and furthered investigated I was made aware of the dangers of not having it properly aligned especially if she tracked back to college (which was 2.5) hours. We called and Ken recommended another Mavis in David lakes. They couldn’t see us til the next day where my daughter waited another 3 hours for an alignment. Deeply disappointed in our entire experience, the length. Of time and the cost was excessive for tires that are not even name brand.

I had an appointment at 2pm today at the Mavis center in Mooresville NC to get my brakes done along with an alighment on my 2010 Focus. I dropped the car off at 2pm, gave my name and number, had one of the employee ladies drive me home (less than a mile away) I didn't want to sit and wait hours with my back arthritis.. Anyway, I'm at home and it's 4:45pm and I've not heard anything from anyone, no missed calls on my cell so I call Mavis and they said they tried getting in touch to give my estimate but couldn't get thru for some reason, (no calls came thru from them) I said well okay how much is it gonna be, he said NINE HUNDRED and some. I said oh sir I'm sorry I can't afford that! For brakes and alignment!?! He said he could lower the price a bit. Got me down to a lil under 700 because the mechanics were just finishing up getting the brakes on when I called but it's ridiculous that I wasn't notified first before they put me up for a bill costing that much! 😩 Ontop of all that now all the brake lights and <abs> and traction control lights are lit up on the dash. I will be going back this morning when they open to hopefully get this straightened out. I had trouble bringing up the site on my phone to leave a review, the girl working the desk took it, pressed on 5 stars and handed it back to me... Like Uhm excuse me I can't leave stars on my own??😑 Needless to say I changed it to 1 star, which is totally fair. Don't let this place screw you over like they did me.
