What a wonderful experience! Oil change, inspection and the alternator. The techs were very knowledgeable and did not try to over sell. I did my homework and kinda knew what I was in for. Very professional and pleasant experience. Have a Blessed day Grease Monkey!

I needed an inspection only, and waited a reasonable amount of time as it was the end of the month and they were busy. Very courteous and a nice waiting room. Thanks to all who accommodated me at a very busy time.

The tire pressure alert light suddenly came on in my vehicle while on the 77. I wasn’t sure if it was from lack of air or if I was starting to get a flat. I don’t live in Mooresville, but came across it when I got off the exit. When I pulled up, there were a number of cars on the line. Adam, district manager, offered to help me out immediately. He worked it out that I was able to get the air in my tires right away. I unfortunately did not get his name, but another employee put the air in my tires and within minutes, the light came off. I can’t thank them enough for helping me so efficiently in a pinch. They went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend Grease Monkey in Mooresville.

Jadon, the GM, was comprehensive, professional, engaging, and incredibly polite. Adam, the district manager, and his team took care of my car’s issues quickly. As promised, inspection, oil change, and brake work was finished by 2:15… they actually finished at 2:00!!! I was truly amazed with their commitment and dedication. 🔹 Work completed: - Inspection - Oil change - Rear brake pads & rotors (per axle) (brakes were low and rotors were warped)
