  Went in to request an oil change. The sales associate came back about 15 minutes later telling me my outer tie rods needed to be replaced. I confirmed that they could replace them and then they came back saying the inner tie rods needed to be replaced as well because the mechanics were unable to get the outer tie rods off the vehicle. They stated my car would need an alignment after which they would not be able to do. They stated my vehicle would be a hazard to drive and fail an inspection in the condition it was in. Took my vehicle to another mechanic and they stated that tie rods on the vehicle were wearing but in fine condition to continue driving. They offered to fix it for $450 compared to the $950 i was quoted at GreaseMonkey but stated that it should be fine to continue driving and no immediate action was required. I did get my oil changed with Greasemonkey but they forgot to change my milage sticker (not a huge deal - more of an attention to detail concern). Not trying to dissuade anyone from using their service but I wanted to respectfully state my experience. Thanks.
