  Have rented from this location numerous times and each time have received employees who were friendly, professional and efficient in the rental checkin and return process. Couldn't recommend this location more!

  I had a car reserved at the Mooresville, NC location ONE MONTH in advance. When I went to pick it up on July 12, I was told they did not have a vehicle for me. Period. Told me they called me right after I made the reservation on June 8, to tell me they didn't have anything. THEY DID NOT CALL. If they had, I would not be stranded 5 hours from home right now. The girl at the counter was very smug and said she was the one who called me... "it was in the notes." I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO! What a horrible thing to do to people. They seriously did not call me. All other car rental companies are currently closed, so I am absolutely stranded. Called customer service to see if they could help find a vehicle. There is nothing. My call is "escalated to an area manager," and so far have not been contacted. Thanks a lot.
