  My wife reserved a car for a week 2 months in advance. Dropped her off to pick up the car and she called me back to pick her up. They didn’t have a car for her. Couldn’t find one anywhere. They need a better system to penalize people keeping cars past their reservation date. This is ridiculous.

  I was helped by Sam today. He is such a professional young man and was beyond helpful and polite. I wasn’t even there to rent a car for personal use. My car is being repaired after being hit and insurance had guided the process. Sam treated me like a family friend and even took the time to connect my cell phone and personalize the settings on the vehicle which was great because I was not familiar with this make and model.

  Awful experience. I reserved a car long in advance and upon arrival was told there was nothing available and put on a wait list. Nothing available. Missed appointments and work obligations because of it. Terrible.

  I consistently have excellent experiences with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Counter agents are always friendly, professional, and efficient, making rental process smooth from start to finish. I especially appreciate concierge-style service, where they review vehicle with me before I leave for my trip and again upon return. Another feature I value is follow-up text message during rental period, offering assistance if needed. It shows their commitment to customer service and ensuring a positive experience. The convenient after-hours drop-off option is also a huge plus, making returns easy and stress-free. Overall, Enterprise continues to provide outstanding customer service, reliable vehicles, and a hassle-free rental experience. Highly recommended!

  I’m genuinely baffled by this experience. I reserved a rental car for 12:00 PM on Sunday. Two days before my reservation, this Enterprise location CALLED ME to confirm my pickup. During that conversation, I confirmed that yes, I would be there at 12:00 PM. What they somehow failed to mention during this confirmation call was that 12:00 PM is also the exact time they CLOSE on Sundays. I arrived at 12:15 to a locked building. Was I 15 minutes late? Yes. Had anyone bothered to say, “Just so you know, we close at noon, so please make sure you arrive a little before your scheduled pickup time,” I obviously would have. But what really gets me is that at 12:00, knowing they had a customer scheduled to pick up a car at that exact time, no one called to ask if I was still coming before locking up and leaving. Why schedule a rental for the exact time you close? Why personally call to confirm that reservation and not mention that the pickup time is also closing time? And why not call the customer when they aren’t standing there at the exact minute you’re about to lock the doors? A five-second heads-up during the confirmation call would have prevented the entire situation. Instead, I showed up expecting to pick up the car that Enterprise had literally called me to confirm, only to find a locked building and no rental car. Absolutely terrible communication and customer service.
