I truly don’t know how they have 4 stars. I’d give a 0 if it had the option. I’m going to try to keep it short. This is the worst place to rent from. They are liars… they told us MANY different situations and changed their story when asked about it to the manager(all within an hour..), did not have the car that we reserved, put us in a rushed car that was not similar at all to what we needed… the car we were put into LAST minute was DIRTY with chewed sunflower seeds and a BUG in it. The manager (I forget the name now) is rude and nasty. As soon as we walked in saw one person being NASTY to someone and got told that was the 4th time that day they got cursed out that day by customers… that just speaks volumes. We are young people renting a car and definitely felt like we were taken advantage of or taken as if we didn’t know any better. Save yourself the headache save yourself the time and DEFINITELY save yourself your moneys worth and go either down the street or somewhere else to rent a car.

Absolute HORRIBLE service. Whoever the “manager” Shianne thinks she is, she is NOT. Rude and unprofessional is an UNDERSTATEMENT. She looked me dead in my face and stated she would not rent to me or anyone else in my family. All because I asked a question and spoke up about how she was treating her staff who was trying to help me. She told her employee that “he was slower than her grandmother and if he could not do his job properly, maybe he should find another one.” This was said IN FRONT OF ME, a customer. Even later when I tried to call the location concerning my rental, there was no answer. I called from a different number, with a different caller ID, and she picked up. Clearly the location does not care about how customers are treated (it is evident due to multiple 1 star reviews), however, Corporate needs to do a better job a vetting their employees and managers who are the face of the company. I am completely disgusted. I will be reaching out to corporate via email, phone, twitter, AND facebook. Today was UNACCEPTABLE. Never in my 41 years on this earth have I been treated like this. Do better.

Very Disappointed With My Experience at Enterprise – Morrisville I have been renting from Enterprise since I was 25 years old, and after today’s experience, I am extremely disappointed and questioning whether I will continue using Enterprise in the future. Today, around 10:00 a.m., I was picked up from the collision center and taken to the Enterprise location in Morrisville to pick up my rental. The representative who initially assisted me was very kind and professional. He explained that I could not rent the eight-passenger vehicle I had been told was available because I did not have a major credit card. The problem was that I had specifically contacted Enterprise on Wednesday before my rental and was told that the vehicle was available and that I could use my debit card as long as I had my North Carolina driver’s license. I made my plans based on that information. The representative asked the assistant manager, Cheyenne, if there was anything they could do given the circumstances. I explained that I was simply trying to resolve the situation because I had been given different information beforehand. I was also there with my two young daughters. What was especially upsetting was that I was essentially expected to leave the location on foot with my two children. The Enterprise location is directly near a major highway, there was heavy rain, construction was taking place on the main road, and there was not a safe, clearly accessible sidewalk for us to use to get back to the collision center. The driver who had originally picked me up saw the situation and told me he was not going to let me walk back with my children. He offered to drive us back himself and apologized for how the situation had been handled. I genuinely appreciated his compassion and professionalism. Because I had to return to work, I went back to the collision center and later requested another ride to Enterprise so I could try to resolve the rental situation. After spending hours trying to make this work, I was ultimately told by the assistant manager, Cheyenne, that she would not rent a vehicle to me. When I asked why, I was told that I had “disrespected the entire staff.” I strongly disagree with that characterization. I was frustrated and upset about the situation, but I did not disrespect the staff. My frustration was directed at the circumstances and specifically at being told there was nothing that could be done when I had previously been given different information by Enterprise. Customers are allowed to be frustrated when they receive conflicting information, especially when they have made arrangements based on what they were told. I believe there is a professional and respectful way to handle those situations, and I do not feel that happened today. What bothers me most is that after being a loyal Enterprise customer for many years, I was made to feel as though my business did not matter. I came to Enterprise expecting customer service and left feeling completely dismissed. I hope the store manager and Enterprise corporate leadership review what happened today, including the conflicting information I received before arriving and the way the situation was handled at the location. At this point, Enterprise has lost my business because of how this situation was handled by the assistant manager, Cheyenne. The initial representative and the driver who helped me were both kind and professional, and I want to acknowledge that. Unfortunately, the overall experience was unacceptable.

THis locations customer service attitude needs help. Made a reservation online for 12 noon in a Sunday, arrived at 12:05 to be told by an employee that he couldn’t help even though he was still working. 2 calls to customer service could not answer the question of why they would make a noon reservation, to supposedly drive up and get the car if they couldn’t fulfill it. The attitude of the employee was the opposite of giving any concern or courtesy. If you actually need to rent a car it is best to reconsider this location. Look at more than the one review and see the experience of other reviews. There is definitely a low star trend at this location. By the way I too have used Enterprise for over 20 years and never received the careless and car less experience we received today.

We had a mechanical problem with our car that we picked up from the airport last night. We went into this location in the morning to get a solution to our problem. The manager at this location is AMAZING. He was very busy and was efficiently working on solving about 5 peoples problems at once. I wish we got his name to give him proper acknowledgement but whoever this manager is-he made a HUGE difference in our day! He got us back on the road quickly and really saved our day. He was also coordinating getting the old car to the shop (very thorough in fixing the entire situation). People like him will make us continue to choose Enterprise! Next car worked great.
